Staff was nice and accommodating. Food was served fast and hot. The burgers were great and good value for the money; I liked their sauce better than others. The cheesy fries and nuggets were good and enjoyably crunchy, but nothing special.

Ordinary Burgers with extraordinary burgers! 😄 Best beef burger I've ever had! The patty is thick and juicy. You have to hold the wrapper up right so that the gravy will not drip down to your pant! And it's nugget is also my favorite! Crunchy skin but juicy meat inside. Same to the onion rings. We've been there numerous times and we like the aunty working there who is nice and friendly. Don't miss out this gem in the mall.

Fantastic delight! Never a fast-food burger fan but this was so different. Patty was so juicy and fresh, not stale like typical fast-food joints. Fries was crispy and not greasy. Will definitely come back again for a good affordable beef burger craving!! Dine-in seating available for this outlet.

The beef burgers, be it double or classic, are absolutely amazing! The patty are thick and juicy along with the cheese that is melted to perfection. The chicken nuggets are also juicy and savoury. The fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The outlook of the place may look ordinary but the food is extraordinary! Will come back again!

Excellent burgers and fries. It is a surprise to find such a gem inside a mall. The service from the elderly aunty is also amazing - she makes the effort to ensure the burger and items are perfectly set up. We ate so quickly that we forgot to take pics of the burger but we ended up ordering more (hence the nuggets) because the burgers were so good. We will be back for more.

Definitely a "healthier" option than McDonald's. The difference is coming from the burger, you have a legit beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce and a little bit of sauce (which i like). Burger was small though. Staff was friendly, service was fast and food was hot. Recommend !

Ordinary Burgers at City Square Mall truly lives up to its name in an extraordinary way. With only two staff members(Eve and Jay) , their dedication to enthusiastic and personalized service is nothing short of commendable. The authenticity in their burgers brings a delightful fusion of flavors that tantalizes the taste buds. My friends' kids were enamored with their meals, and my wife and I found ourselves thoroughly impressed with both the quality and the heartening atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back for more 😊
