Affordable new Viet joint at the Simpang neighbourhood. Good sized and priced Bahn Mi. Will try the pho and com next visit. We had the chicken ham and beef bahn mi and preferred chicken ham. Will try the triple chicken and egg version next time.

Nice little corner shop selling some pretty swell Vietnamese classics like banh mi, bun Cha and beef pho. Very underrated place — lemongrass chicken and other grilled items were flavourful and smoky, and still moist and away from the more crowded heat of Simpang. Very reasonable prices comparable or cheaper than most other food in the area. Low-10ish for a meal, and a drink — possibly below 10 if just banh mi.

Finally the King of Banh Mi Singapore have arrive to the East. We followed and have been dining in from their 1st stall at 6 Clementi rd before they open a bigger restaurant 2 shops down at 440 Pasir Panjang Rd. We are so grateful that they finally opened another outlet this time in the East at Simpang Bedok! Finally near our place. What we love is their freshly bake Banh Mi that they make daily. You can see their machines there too. They are currently the only Muslim Owned (Halal) Vietnamese Bakery in Singapore making the Banh Mi breads. This time they have 10 different choices of Banh Mi flavours from Chicken, beef, fish to vegetarian. I still have to travel down to Pasir Panjang to enjoy their full menu (my other favourite their huge seabass) but my wife enjoyed her ginger chicken claypot rice. Must try is their Bun Bo Hue if you looking for noodles.

At first I thought it was a little bit pricy until I saw the quantity of meat given for the emperor beef pho! I take back my words! Damm shoik and worth every penny. Service is good and staff is helpful. I was even told that they use refurbished wood for their tables in the company goals to go green. I’m definitely coming back again
