Bought birthday cakes twice from this outlet. Both times had to wait quite long for the staff to attend to us. They give priority to waffle buyers. Also the staff attending to us was inflexible and curtly charged us $5 for a change in order as it was deemed last minute. It felt as though she enjoyed inflicting the penalty. I think there is a term to describe her attitude. It is called "chek ark"

Staff in uniform was very rude. A lot of customers infront of the store and she shouts an excuse me for customer to claim their order. Who knows which customer she is calling for? Can't she just yell out the order instead? Zzzz and also waiting time is very long.
