Good place if you want to have a drink and sit after long walks in the mall. Other cafes are seemingly full. But other than its nothing to get excited about. The price are equivalent to starbucks and even coffee bean can be slightly cheaper. Had the hot cocoa and choc cake and its nothing special about it.

Great place for a cup of coffee. Decent seating area outside just above the square. When we visited on a Saturday afternoon, even though there was only one gentleman working, he was always in good spirits and have a lovely attitude when dealing will all the customers.

Pretty good deal with burpple 1 for 1 beverage/softserve. Cold brew softserve was nice. Coffee pretty good too. Nice seating area with natural lighting. Staff could be more attentive in clearing up the tables when customers left.

Friend and I came here on a Wednesday around 5pm ☘️ seemed like an excellent time as there were seats available for us 🥳 ambience was not too shabby as well PLUS there are charging sockets for your phone 📱 or laptop 💻 etc. Would recommend 👍🏻 if you study or work nearby and are looking for an alternative to the more popular franchises around

The place is okay, there are dining spaces inside and outside. Drinks are a bit too sweet to our liking but overall it is still okay. There is an online QR ordering/payment, which is a one stop service. What is lacking is the service delivery to the table as self collection is still required. Thought this can be considered for future valued added service.

Chocolate cake - very dense. Hot cocoa - is just ok. Nothing special and nothing bad about it Cold Brew - also just ok Bubble gum cake - taste like typical artificial bubble gum. Overall nice. Starbucks is just right across. Personally I’d go pick that first and would head here if there’s no more seating.

Arrived at the Marina Square outlet. No greetings or whatsoever. I ordered my drink and the attendant assumed I do not want whipped cream. I then tell her I want whipped cream. Throughout the transaction, I am the only one talking. So I thought she is deaf and mute. I didn’t confront her. Only until her colleague appear and talk to her, she REPLIED! Totally absurd customer service. First time here, wouldn’t come here again. Disappointed. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED
