This is the third time I ordered delivery from them and shortchanged on the Poke. Supposed to be 150g + 50g but only got 150g. Poorly trained and inconsistent staff - other times I got shortchanged on the Poke or the toppings (when you choose only one side for the same price as having as many as 7 different sides you expect a bigger portion of the one side but no…). The food is great but their shortchanging is really frustrating especially when they do it to customers on delivery.

DO NOT ORDER CATERING FROM POKE THEORY. THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE TO CALL. NONE OF THE BRANCHES HAVE A CLUE. WE ORDERED FROM THEM AND THE FOOD DID NOT TURN UP!! I am writing with utmost concern regarding a recent experience with your catering service, which left us deeply disappointed and in a difficult situation. We had arranged for your catering package for a birthday party and made the necessary payment in advance. Our communication with your team was clear, and we even confirmed the arrangements a day prior to the event. However, unfortunately, the food delivery did not materialize as promised. This situation had a profound impact on our celebration, specifically my wife’s birthday party, which was devoid of the anticipated culinary delight. We reached out to several of your branches in the hope of resolving the issue, but to no avail. This occurrence has created an unfortunate impression of your service, and we are left feeling let down by the experience. I am sure this does not align with the standard of service you strive to provide to your customers. We are eagerly awaiting your response and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify this situation. If our concerns are not addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner, we feel compelled to share our experience more broadly to ensure future customers are informed. Watch out. This Great World City outlet cheats you of your food by under-weighing the amount of salmon. I recently noticed that my orders from this outlet contained rather little salmon, even though they were Large serving size with a further "Add Poke" of 50g amount on top of the Large serving size. Just today I decided to remove all the salmon from the container and weight them when I got home. Instead of 200g (150g + 50g of additional poke), there was only 150g. Disgusting outlet with some blatantly dishonest and cheating staff. Joey and Vannessa had better clean up this outlet for their own company's reputation. The unanswered question is also what happens to the fish that this outlet's staff is not putting into customers' bowls? Smells fishy - some kind of embezzlement going on??

Ordered from this outlet through foodpanda. Saw their promotion and decided to get the 150g of salmon. Worst decision ever made. I’m a person who loves salmon especially sashimi. But this ruined it for me. Salmon was not fresh at all totally expired already. Separated the fish for panda to collect and check themselves as they rejected my refund request. Total waste of money. Almost $30 burn. I will give them a thumbs up for their broth. The only thing I was able to eat.

The male staffs here have no standards! Price increase i can accept. But item is compromised! They told me soba not enough and yet charge me the extra and no others was substituted. In the end the bowl is not even full and im charged $19!!! Really stupud of the staff to tell me he don set the price. That i can understand but when ur item is not complete how can u not replace and even charge me full! This is the last time i buy from this outlet! I used to be regular here! See the bg empty space the specky guy cheated me! And keep insist i chose soba! He really needs some staff training! I hate to say this word but his sentence is really STUPID!
