Managed to get a table for 2 pretty fast on a weekend dinner time as most of the people in the queue is a big group. Wide selection of food even for non-beef eater like me. They serve decent chicken. Will visit again and hope they open an outlet in the west.

This is absolutely value for money for a decent beef yakiniku bowl. Tried both the original and the cheese. Wasn't disappointed for both. Ordering via QR code was a breeze and staff was always going around topping up drinks. Great food and service

Great place for flavourful gyudon! Service is fast and friendly. The food is delicious and served piping hot. You can choose the portion size, so that works well with kids, teenagers and adults. The side of greens makes it a balanced meal. Recommended for a quick gyudon fix!

Value for money: 5/5 Speed of service: 5/5 Restaurant cleanliness: 3.5/5 (Cos there were flies.. irritating me non stop 😂) Was still skeptical initially if they can deliver it in such a fast time to restrict to 30 mins dining time. After placing our order, shortly within 5 mins, our orders were serve. I love it when we topped it up with extra beef. Delicious! Despite the flies, but I think the food quality deserves a 5 stars!

Great place to have your Japanese curry fix after a long flight. Good value. Ordered the small egg gyudon $5.20 SGD + karaage chicken combo $4.50 SGD and the deluxe curry rice $12.90 SGD. All were really good but the karaage fried chicken was the star. To order you need to scan a QR code and you pay at the cash when you are ready to leave.

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at this Japanese restaurant! The salmon and chicken don dish I ordered was a true masterpiece. The salmon was flawlessly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The chicken was equally impressive, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The combination of these two proteins on a bed of steaming rice was a culinary delight that left my taste buds dancing with joy. The presentation was elegant, and the portion size was just right. The harmonious blend of textures and tastes in this dish truly showcased the chef's expertise. Have all along wanted to try at another outlet but came to the one at Jewel. Service is quick although it’s during lunch. Happy that they have miso soup and green vege to upgrade as full meal. Glad for the choice of an extra egg but I’m surprised to have cold eggs and sad that they aren’t runny. All in all, they are still good.

First time eating here and had a good experience. The location of the restaurant is located at B2 Jewel Changi Airport. This restaurant provides various types of sukiyaki atau gyudon. To order, all you have to do is scan the QR code on the dining table and then choose the food you want to buy. After paying, your food will be delivered by the waiter. Food prices are quite affordable and taste good. You can choose a variety of serving sizes which I think is unique. Because there is some kind of "extra-medium" option? not found in other restaurants. I would recommend this restaurant to visit.

This is really japanese fast food. Meals are almost served immediately, probably cause the ingredients are all precooked. Small dining area so be ready to queue if you visit during peak hours. The food portions are quite reasonable but I don't see a difference between a large and a medium bowl. Best to just get the medium bowl.

Too much rice and meat was really little for the L portion. We once ordered take home from the Suntec Outlet, food was better and rice was better as well (but that was early in their operations) The standards seems to have dipped a little since they started operating in Singapore. In Japan, tons of these little food chains with much higher standards of food. The QC seemed much better there then in Singapore. Hope we can improve in the food quality as well as staff service levels.

A halal eating spot in Jewel. If looking for the halal food in Jewel Changi, you can consider this place. Offering many options for gyudon and another Japanese bowl set. It's a good deal and best value for money. I ordered the S one and some sides. It was make me full in minutes. I think the medium one is the best choice for two. So we can share.

The chicken karaage was super tender. Not really expected of the typical Japanese chicken karaage. The curry was flavourful, mild spicy. The ice lemon tea wasn’t too sweet as well. Overall a good meal. What’s unique is also the fact that they have size XM, which is an extra portion of the meat but rice portion remains.

Usually crowded during peak hours, pricing is reasonable being in situation in Jewel terminal airport and comparable in similar prices with the food republic foodcourt prices. Portion is just nice for a lunch even without topping up the vege and miso set. The staff will also offer you a free tea hot tea which is also quite nice to drink.

Had to paid additional $ for spring onion. The money is not an issue, but the problem is you can see the amount of effort that staff put into chopping them. If you go to sukiya outlet in Japan or the initial stage of sukiya in Singapore, the quality control is so much better.

Ordered the beef teriyaki and spring onion beef gyudon with additional egg. As can be seen from the photos, the rice can be clearly seen. This is an indication of how little beef was given for the bowl. It’s quite disappointing. Having said that, what was given is still acceptable in terms of taste.

There was already lunch crowd on a public holiday afternoon. Quickly joined the queue, and we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Self-help order using QR code. By the time completed our order, we also served with ice brown rice tea. I ordered gyudon topped with okra, a half-boiled egg, and the preserved red ginger…..mixed them together and had it in one mouth full. That’s my kind of comfort food.

This branch has maintained its standard even at a later hour (went to eat dinner around 9pm after flying home). Vegetables were fresh and food was served piping hot. Food might take awhile due to crowd.
