Agree with the plentiful comments on how this outlet can be stingy with their portions (compared to other outlets say Raffles Place). And this only reflects feedback from those who reviewed online. Noted broccoli portion = 3 pieces here. French beans portion is half of what you will get at mixed rice stalls. Refer to other reviewers for photos of half filled daily bowls. Also, they only open at 11am, instead of the timing stated on google maps.

EDITED: very small portio Located in NEX, idek what happened, it stated open at 5pm, by 6pm i was there, they always sold out the chicken. So i tried my luck again and be back around 515pm, lucky that i got the daily bowl, and they're almost sold out. I put an order of all veggies, biryani rice, couscous, chicken, with 2 combined sauces (thai sweet chili and honey mustard). The chicken was warm as it's just freshly cut and juicy, all the veggies was slight cold. I am told this place is for serving the healthy version but i doubt so with the sauce choice. Scoring time; Food 4/5 Taste 4/5 Price 3/5 Service 3/5 Ambience 3/5 Location 3/5 Overall score of 3.3 out of 5 stars, the only issue was the price and location. Would i come back? Okay Would i recommend this place? I would love to recommend other outlet bc this one is rather stingy with the portion.

Beef burrito portion is still shrunken. Still went to try after reading reviews online about shrinking portions (posted months ago), and seems like the management still hasn’t done anything about it Both pictures are identically ordered beef burritos, the one on the plate from September 2021 and the one being held up from May 2022.

I was amazed by the taste of stuffed bowl, mixed with veggies more and more. Felt perfect meal for the day which completes my nutrition needs. This is good filler for normal eaters and worth a try. First time tried and felt amazed by its quality of served food. Kudos to the team

Ordered the chicken kebab @ $5.90. Recommend the honey mustard & roasted sesame sauce. Size is good for regular eaters. Get the burrito for something more filling.

Portion is really SO small - the box isn’t even filled all the way. Whenever I ordered Stuff’d, it’s typically full but the Nex outlet was just really stingy. Even when asking for more sauce, that little dash of mayo cucumber in the photo is what they gave. A double portion resembles pretty much what a single portion is actually supposed to be. Editing to add: The potato salad both tastes and smells sour. I’ve had this multiple times and this portion has already gone bad.

Chicken Kabob was really good, amazing customer service. I had the chicken kabeb with all the veggies and the sauce paired perfectly. Server was super nice and gave us complementary mashed potato’s. Highly Recommend

It was my first time ordering chicken kebab and I was slightly lost but thanks to aunty Rani’s patience for helping me to choose. The ingredients are well prepared and it’s now my healthy meal choice. Will come back again

Got a quick takeaway lunch, smoked salmon bowl! Food at Stuff'd is generally decent but most people tend to go for the chicken kebab/quesadilla as it is quite juicy. Was served by Joel and his colleagues and they were very friendly!

Always under-serve portion size, irregardless who is the staff serving. Not my first time. Happened multiple previous encounters, I always let it slide, but this time I'm really fed up, it's my maximum tolerance limit. Other outlets i bought from is always full box, this NEX branch is ALWAYS HALF box full. Asked for extra lettuce is just a pinch extra. Really feel like asking the staff, if you were the customer and I pack like this for you, will you be be happy with it?? Atmosphere within the store is frequently stale whenever i walked past, is as thou the staff are always unhappy about something. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who is not happy with this branch.

Similar with other outlets, the food was not only delicious but also served quickly, making it a perfect choice for a quick and fulfilling meal while shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyable visit. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area!

Rani has a very good service. I go there almost daily and everyone was nice and friendly especially her. She would remember my orders just by seeing me. Not just her other crew too.

Honestly I’m fine with the food and service. But the management probably really need to do something about this. I paid cash but the cashier tells me that they don’t have enough coins or notes for change and asked me to use other payment option. I mean if I want to go cashless I would have in the first place. And I have definitely meet with this issue for more than once. So maybe the management has to better manage their cash ?or just go completely cashless . Very fed up with it.

No wonder it’s always long queues at most outlets…. first try chicken Kebab, nice and fresh! Portion is big. The only thing is the staff seems to be overworked as they are lack of smiles 😬😬😬 one especially looking grouchy

We have consumed and enjoyed stuff’d across many outlets in Singapore, but the NEX outlet is really a let down. Service has most often been one step below the other outlets and serving size underwhelming compared to other outlets(look how many reviewers few the same way). But up to today, at least protocol was followed. Sadly today, the service and attitude was unacceptable. My wife often orders the veggie daily bowl here (same price as a chicken daily bowl, with the meat being replaced with a scoop of guacamole/hummus). Typically, they often give too little vegetables at the start (despite my wife asking for more as she knows it will be too little at the end) resulting in the weight at the end of the day being less than 400g(minimum). However, kudos to the staff for following protocol, as they often will bring it back to top up more toppings without having to prompt them. However on this particular purchase, when the cashier put the bowl on the weighing machine, it clearly showed 365g. Conniving, she quickly took it off, packed it and passed it to my wife, who in the moment was too shy to ask the cashier to recheck it, as the queue behind her was pushing her on. I do not think this kind of dishonestly should be allowed in the service industry and hope that it will be looked into for the benefit of other customers. Attached is a photo of the food and receipt for reference.

Waited close to 10 minutes with 2 person ahead of me in the queue. Only one staff is assembling the queue order + delivery orders while 2 are standing in the back. Food is good but service needs work.

There was no one in the queue it was just me ordering. I was deciding on the sauce, there was so many to choose from and he asked me 3 times what kind of sauce I want. There's literally no one in the queue he didn't have to rush me like that. It wouldn't end his shift earlier either. AND THE BEST PART? He gave me the wrong sauce... Like seriously.

The staff, Jeevan and Yu Ling, were extremely patient and approachable, making the whole purchase smooth and easy. They were also accommodating towards different customers’ requests and needs.

Ordering the daily bowl from the Stuffed Counter at Nex has been a regular routine for us, but our recent experience left us disappointed. Despite expressing our concerns to the server about the inadequate quantities of sides and chicken, we received no response from the billing counter. The chicken portion was particularly lacking. Even though the initial green salad seemed sufficient, upon weighing it, we discovered it was only 401 grams. I understand the weight for daily bowl 400 gm. Concern remain for side and chicken.While this is the first time we've encountered this issue, we hope it can be addressed for future orders.
