Had many times, the durian crepes and was decent. Sane with the pricing for the convenience of a quick snack. The 1-for-1 offer on durian mochis were nothing like the photo. It was rather thin, chewy n sticky thin rice that simply didnt go well for a mochi lover like me. Sadly

Disappointing purchase! Super small size, taste mehhhh, not worth it! (original at $5.50?! Stated promo price at $3.9) Had an artificial taste to the durian purée, not sure what was mixed in... Also, wasnt expecting a layer of sponge cake inside... (to make up the volume and give less durian I guess...)

Wanted to order 5 pcs of durian pancake on 23 Dec 2022 at around 4pm at Ang mo kio hub. The auntie at the store asked me to wait and come back later because she was displaying her stock. She asked me to come after she finishes . Which I felt she should served the customer first and do the display of the stock later. And her tone was like is ok even if u are not buying. Lousy customer service 👎

Durian: it’s everywhere in Singapore. The smell is not appealing (it is not allowed on trains and hotel lobbies). But, if you are around Tajong Pagar/Chinatown and find this little place by Four Seasons Durians and that’s all about durians... go for the ice cream! It’s creamy, delicious and healthy. #loveit

I used to buy four seasons durian mooncakes and had a good impression. They were sold frozen at the shop. This year when the durian mooncakes were delivered they were completely thawed! And packaging said do not refreeze. On top of that, The shape and size has shrunk dramatically (look at how much empty space there is in the standard box). Now a triple disappointment I may experience is what the reviewers commented as thick skin. I have not tried it yet but I’m sure it is going to be the case. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND A HUGE WASTE OF $77. 😡😡😡😡

Price increase like crazy over past couple of years. From $1.50 to $2.90 each now. Used to be buy 5 free 1 as well. Filling is bland and watery. The pancake skin is also thin and not crispy. Some parts are so thin the filling spill out coz some spots tear so easily. Not worth buying anymore.

THICK FLOUR SKIN NOT SNOWSKIN!! Very disappointed when a couple of them are so out of shape & the slots are much bigger than mooncake itself. Mean mooncakes supposed to be bigger?? First time ordering mooncakes from this brand through Shopee at $42.90 + $3.99 shipping. Sultan Durian tasted decent. Skin is obviously child’s play. Can’t even wrap the durian flesh properly without excessive flour. Mooncake shapes 5 out of 8pcs are deformed. OH MY GOSH MY WORST MOONCAKE EXPERIENCE EVER!
