Just tried the satay chicken. Tasted more like curry chicken than satay to be honest. Not really a fan of itS Otherwise staff nice and expect some queue . The fries are a bit overcooked. Can taste mainly the oil.

If you happen to takeaway from this branch, always check your order before leaving. Every time I come here, the staff will either miss out or provide the wrong items. For my most recent order, they mistook an upsized medium coleslaw for medium mashed potatoes. A staff named Boon denied my request for some preferred chicken parts and told me I had to wait 30 minutes for it, then persuaded me to accept the given. He then said in a sarcastic tone that the only way to get the chicken thigh is to order the chicken ala carte. What even. I saw chicken thighs on the food warmer showcase. However, Boon refused to serve. At 5:30 pm, the staff should anticipate the chicken parts in demand and prepare beforehand for dinnertime. Despite selecting my preferred chicken parts on the website, I didn't get what I wanted at the counter. Boon said I could request the preferred chicken part but is "subjected to availability." If I can't get my preferred chicken parts, why am I given the false hope to even select in the first place? It does sound trivial because I did the math and decided to go with the set menu even though I had to pay slightly more to select the chicken parts. If I knew that I wouldn't get my preferred chicken parts, I would have jolly well taken the promotion deal (10 pieces of chicken for $18) and not go through this hassle of ensuring I get my preferred chicken parts; Which I didn't. Despite not getting my preferred chicken parts (even though it is readily available on the food warmer display) and the occasional missing/wrong items in my order, I do not blame the service staff completely because the system is flawed. ---- If I had ordered 20-piece nuggets at McDonald's, it's either they have it, or it's out of stock; Simple. Their website would show that unavailable items to be greyed out and does not provide false hopes on the pretense that it may be "subjected to availability." If users want to order a 3-piece meal, users should only be allowed to choose from selected categories online. With this system in place, the customer should receive what they ordered. There is a fine line between what the customer is allowed to choose and the availability in stock. Ordered for 8am takeaway, started prep at 8am. Items missing from my meal too. I would not have left this review if you were just late. Update: A manager called me back on the same day after 9.30pm to offer me a replacement meal at the same branch. Thanks for following up on my feedback, the solution doesn't seem sincere though because who would dare to take up the offer from the same team you complained against. 😏 I had wrong items also with another fast food restaurant, and they offered me a voucher which I can use at any of their branches should I prefer not to patronise the same branch again. Also, I was told to just go down and identify myself to get the replacement meal, that is a pretty good way to ensure "extra ingredients" don't find their way to the wrong target. 🤣

The ambience for this KFC restaurant is spacious and not too crowded. Floor and table are clean. Waiter are friendly and cashier is very helpful. Food wise is as always Finger Licking Good!!

Great staff service especially the store manager and a few young staff. Quality of food is great. The servings time is longer because no automatic ordering and frontline staff needs to get the food from the counter behind. Overall great team and you can always see long queue at this store !

Service at this KFC branch is unfriendly when I purchase the 8 for $10 offer. The chicken is properly fried and not oily at this branch.

More than even the food, what I really enjoy about the outlet is the customer service. The lovely staff at the entrance are so helpful and will come up to you themselves. I had scheduled a pickup for my order, but reached earlier. I requested if they could move up my order and the second their system received it, they pushed my order. Helps that the food is great too :))

Terrible service. One of the staff was incredibly rude to the newbies working and when I requested the new staff to change my coleslaw to whipped potato, the rude staff went and said to her “don’t waste time”. HELLO! I am right there. I can hear you. I did not get my coleslaw changed when I have been able to request it at every other outlet even using the self service machine. Please teach your staff some manners and help provide better services in white sands as there is no self service machines there. That way, customers don’t have to deal with requesting from such rude staff since it is “a waste of their time”.

I would like to give a special mention to Siti for her exceptional service, despite the chaotic environment at the place. She was the only one who noticed that I had been waiting for a good 20-30 minutes and realised that the busy crew had overlooked my order. She promptly took charge and handled my order efficiently, even apologising to me. Personally, I see no reason to be upset as she was attentive and professional in dealing with customers. I give her 5 stars solely for her remarkable dedication and attentiveness. Great Service, Siti!

I just need to share that there is absolutely no service whatsoever at this branch. The staff here are indifferent and just plain robotic in their mannerism. And they can just chat away and allow us to stand in the queue waiting! Just 2 customers ahead in the queue and it took 20 minutes before I'm served.

Outlet was staff tight on the first day of the re-release of the cheesy melts. For people who did online order dining in, they had to wait for more than 20mins for their order. Staff insisted that the cheesy melts were not ready and refused to give the food that were ready to those dining in first. When the cheesy melts were finally ready, the staff repeatedly ignored my request for her to pass me my cheesy melts. She forgot to give utensils for whipped potato and coleslaw. This is not our first bad experience with this outlet. Previously when we were in the queue to order, the staff took our belongings into the staff office, without even checking if it belongs to someone or it was simply misplaced. The lobby staff kept asking people not to throw the baskets repeatedly even while they were having their meal. Prior to this bad experience, we ordered shrooms burger but it arrived without mushrooms, just the sauce and the patty.

Service is incredibly slow at this outlet. Although there are multiple staff, they seem disorganised and a mess. Staff are all over the place with no dedicated role (e.g. cashier keeps getting distracted by other tasks), and they waste time arguing over how things should be done. Time to learn from Macdonald's :)

On 27 Oct Evening, i ordeded from KFC Online 2 cheese zinger melts with Cheese Wedges and Medium Ice Lemon Tea. Upon receiving my order at my place, i open to check got to know my both wedges wasnt cheese wedges, i called their outlet and went down to collect. Upon wanting to consume my drink from the fridge, i got to know my drink given was regular instead of medium. I angrily called and their manager ruby picked up and replied with good customer service tone and agree to do an service recovery the next visit. Upon visiting the outlet, she swiftly prepared my order and the drink. Very good customer service by Whitesands Manager Ruby

Slow process Keep claiming no food no tenders Everyone is waiting Told to wait for 20 mins and return afterwards told to wait for another 20mins Not sure if it’s normal but not normal for me as fast food chain should act faster? And the time was 1900 shouldn’t you cater the food for peak hour?

Ridiculously slow food, came in at 4pm on a weekday only 4 tables of dine in and barely any take away orders. Yet still waited extremely long for 2 orders. This is not the first time i’ve had a very long wait here. I understand if its peak hour or theres a large crowd. However it was very empty and still took a very long time.

As mentioned by other people, this outlet is one of the worst KFC branches in Singapore: 1. Slow service as understaffed, also sometimes rude or give don't care attitude 2. Always missing item when takeaway dinner (3rd time for me) 3. Cold chicken pieces 4. Sometimes long wait times for seasonal items. KFC pretty much doesn't care that much about their image and food anymore, at least since 2016 from my experience.

Dont ever pick this as grab options, 3 times in a row got missing items, always missing fries, whipped potatoes, if not is drink order wrong, the staff is permanently sleeping. No choice as its nearest my place, so have to switch to macdonald chicken from nw. Floor manager if still awake pls see timing and date and hold the staff responsible pls refer reciept

They get my order wrong everytime even though specifically instructed them multiple times with emphasis, but even though the host Roshida heard and nodded her head continuously,she didn't do anything about it, kfc management, please ask your staff to be more focused, a lot of mistakes happening whenever I go there, food also subpar now.

Ordered 2 burger meals from KFC at White Sands. One meal we ordered was the CHICKEN BAKKWA Burger meal which was showcased on the digital board. We simply replaced the juice with a Coke. However, the cashier replaced the French fries with sweet potato fries without informing us. Unfortunately, we couldn't check the bill after we paid, and only realized the substitution once our order was ready. Additionally, the replaced sweet potato fries were over-fried and appeared burnt (image attached). Overall, the experience was disappointing.

food is ok, but service and efficiency are really bad and can improve so easily if the managment is better. the kitchen is always busy, and you need to wait 20 minutes for fast food. this is slow food. and compare to the kitchen, there're two staffs standing outside doing absolutely nothing. why you manage staff like this, when you have people but not doing works that can help with the speed??????????? i was so mad seeing the kitchen got out of control yet the two staffs not helping at all. just standing, doing nothing.

Always gets my food order wrong with either wrong or missing food/drink. Never a right order here, service here is horrible, online order and had to get my own drink as they never provided one with my meal, payed extra for medium drink and they gave me a small cup and asked me fill myself even though I did online order to fill a medium cup for me too. Overall, worst restaurant IN THE WHOLE OF SINGAPORE.
