I asked the staff to wait for my friend's to be wrapped. But they urged me to hurry. They were two white men who worked at 10:00 on Aug. 17. They laughed at me and asked me if I could do what anyone could do for granted. I ordered tuna, but I asked for a lot of jalapenos, but there were no vegetables in the bread, only bread and jalapenos. I've eaten Subway in my own country often and I know this can't happen. Can this happen in a multicultural country?

It's a small shop close to the walk bridge that connects to the other side of the road. Decent service and clean store.

badly understaffed for lunch hour. poor staff alone patiently serving the clients in the queue. 5 stars alone for his great attitude. one star to those managing this outlet, please don't put your deserving staff through this.

Absolutely one of the best Subway in the vicinity. Staffs here are cheerful, enthusiastic, and multilingual. So much better than the one at Safra Mount Faber where Soup always "sold out" and cash register girl mutters and black faced. Here, they entertained queries from bewildered first-timers as well as regulars. Cheerfully too And the window view is amazing and ambience restaurant class. From now on, this is where I go for subway

Place is clean and service is quite fast. Food is fresh and tasty, quite generous in giving the vege and sauce too. 👍

Thankfully it was post lunch crowd and there was little to no customers. However, there were only 2 staff on duty, 1 cleaning and 1 serving. Counter staff looked a little overwhelmed but got my order right nonetheless.

Probably the dirtest subway in singapore.. the short guy wore glove and dig inside of trash bin and then try to touch veges.. thankfully I have been watching everything and asked him to change the dirty gloves before he touches my vege. i was eating in the store. looked around the outlet all the tables were messy, even baby chair got so many debris on it. No staff cares about hygiene..(there were 3-4 staff in the back office). It was still late 7pm. The short guy came to the hall and flip the dirty chirs and table with so much noise. Dirts all flying to my sandwich and table.. i just left without finushing it. Very disgusting and will never come back.

Unfortunately, not many employees so the wait time is longer than it should be. Also, maybe it depends on the time of day but there were only 2 available options for cookies (out of 5).

Depending on the crew on duty this is arguably one of the best Subway in the vicinity. Staff here are cheerful, enthusiastic, and multilingual. Again, depending on the crewbon duty, instructions in crisp English could be lost on them. As with most F&B outlets here, the elderlies are often treated with deference - even if you are Professor One thing is sure, the window view is great and decor homely

Overall its a 5 but theres an indian man with a beard that didnt wear a mask when he was restocking the ingrediants and talked over without a mask . Very inconsiderate but the other workers are quite ok

Went to visit and the manager, Victor, was very warm and friendly. Same goes to the other staff too. It's a medium sized outlet with quite the space for customers to sit Can get very very busy during lunch and peak hour
