This outlet at City Square Mall is very impressive in terms of the speed of the service! The staff are very experienced and quick in their work, so I didn't have to wait very long for the order to be ready even during the busy lunch hour. The beef and sides taste really good and the quality is consistent with the other branches!

I had pepper lunch at the same food court months ago and it was fulfilling. Today I had the same beef order (no.1 on the menu) again and the amount of beef meat was so much less, so thin, so pathetic, even before the raw meat has been cooked and shrank. As a person I can't eat much but after eating this meal, it's the first time I am still hungry after I finished it.

I always patronized this outlet as the food is good, and I'm only staying nearby Citysquare mall, but unfrotunately , I was disappointed in today's experience. Had purposely wake up in the morning to have my early lunch before going to work as based in Google the outlet is open at 10am. Unfortunately when I asked the staff if they are open, she said they open at 10:30am.

Always an easy option to order for dinner! Pepper chicken hits the spot with the sizzling hot plate and condiments. $8.20 for a satisfying meal.

Unhygienic. Staff Not changing the gloves using to prepare the food. Experienced it on my own eye. Staff wore gloves however cleaned the dirty used towel and cleaned the sink & the surrounding. When prompted to change gloves - staff got angry. Will not order there again. Yakssss.

I've been a loyal customer of this branch since a long time ago as I just stay nearby. Although the staff doesn't seem so friendly, at least they could serve up a queue fast enough. Be warned that they will always close before 8pm as there would be condiments that would have sold out for the day. E.g. rice, curry sauce, etc However, it is still a pleasant experience patronising this branch. UPDATED: 21 Jan 2023 Now a bowl of miso soup is being charged, which used to come with every set you order. Talking about service attitudes, I was eating halfway and then realized how come I didn't have my bowl of soup, and went up to ask. This attitude-kind-of-girl told me that now I need to pay $1.20 for a bowl of miso soup. The tone that was put across to me is as if I am so "gian" and can't afford that bowl of miso soup. Thanks but no thanks, I used to frequent this place, but not anymore.

The same flavourful pepper lunch as the first time I had it decade(s) ago. Had the salmon pepper lunch (+ salmon) set. Very satisfying lunch, mixing the salmon, corn, sauces with the rice. Seats available in the food court during weekday lunch hour. Service was normal, nothing to nitpick or compliment.

Halal certified in Singapore. Great hot comfort food with full of taste. The portion is quite big, enough to make you full. Will come again.

The food looks so sad. This is an edited photo. Trust me, without editing it looks just like a prison meal, and the taste is so bland. Ugh...
