Everything were smooth, from ordering to collection. Waiting time acceptable, all chefs cooks rapidly & in orderly manner. Service staffs were polite too. Food is yummy & with wok hey aroma, sumptuous amount of Udon, prawns, onions & cabbage! I can smell the strong aroma prior opening! Will purchase again from this outlet! 🎉👍 Quality is good!

Tried Wok Hey for the first time by delivery via Grab. The fried rice and noodles were nicely packed, tasted great, of good quality, came with generous portion of ingredients and reasonably priced. It took awhile for our orders to be prepared in the kitchen and my mouth became rather thirsty after the meal but these are to be expected.

This used to be my weekly go-to meals but recently the lady cashier has been really slow. Worse, today she missed out my order entirely. My number was 47 and the rest of the numbers 46, 48,49,50 and 51 and the foodpanda order (which came after me) alr came out but mine was no where to be found (not even being cooked in the kitchen). I had to ask the staff and it turned out that she missed it out completely.

food is good but didnt get my most anticipated chilli.. staff were urgent to close shop cus i ordered at 9.30pm. pls dont forget my chilli bc i double checked with the cashier for it..

Before the ingredients were ok but since new staff it was sucks. Too little ingredients and with of broccoli i only see two pieces of broccoli n 4 prawns. It is really very disappointing.

food is good but didnt get my most anticipated chilli.. staff were urgent to close shop cus i ordered at 9.30pm. pls dont forget my chilli bc i double checked with the cashier for it.. edit: after some time, i came back to wokhey for some fried rice for dinner. To my disbelief, the rice was so soggy and wet? It's not supposed to be the case as I always get the same order but this time round its so soggy?? what can I do with this soggy fried rice, cook as porridge? haisss the taste was nice but the texture was so gross. Won't be eating it for a while.

a quick and affordable place to grab a meal! we had the egg fried rice with prawn, and the chicken udon ramen. they have truly mastered the wok as both rice and noodles had a nice char flavour that you can only get from a wok, and were cooked to perfection. the flavours from both meals were strong but not overwhelming, and the meat in both dishes were tender and juicy. the staff were friendly and fast as well. however, do take note that this place can get pretty crowded, especially during peak hour, so it you want to check out this place, do head over early!

For customers coming here and ordering online, would be wise for you to come down as soon as possible to check if your order is already in. Staff missed the order - insisted that it's already in the queue but apparently it's not until I chased. Main issue isn't missing the order (everyone makes mistakes...), but staff's dismissive attitude ("in already, in already, you wait" without checking - when in reality it is not "in already") is the thing that can be improved. Bottom line, food's good but service can be improved a lot.

When using their web online system to pick up you won't get an order confirmation or number whatsoever UNTIL your food is ready to pick up. Why. Also cannot see what you just ordered or cancel it. I maybe accidentally ordered udon instead of ramen? I don't know. The label says chili stir fry in, it's not, it's on top and it's so much. I don't know what happened to this store, it used to be decent and nice, but I guess staff changed for the worse. Incapable at best

I had an issue about ordering the food but forgot to collect it since waiting time was 25mins, got busy with other shopping and then completely missed out on collection. Only when I reached my condo I realised and immediately emailed customer service On reaching home I had a chat with the customer service and they assisted me in getting the food delivered to my residence on good will. Appreciate their help.

Food wise tasted ok. Their fried rice was either just egg (5.90) or you can add grilled chicken (6.90) but very few pieces of them or other protein options. The fried rice does have some wok hey. For the price, I rather have the one at happy hawker at Kim Tian Road which taste way better. Service was meh. Maybe they are always overwhelmed and have no time to provide warm greetings. My husband liked it but not me.
