Hands down the worst DD outlet: Depending on the time of day and who is at the helm, you'll never get the coffee you want. 100% hit rate so far. It's either they didn't bother to even prepare the cold brew, or the person doesn't know how or want to use the machine for other coffee drinks. I think the franchise owners should know about this, that their employees are knowingly declining business.

I love their drinks but there is this person, I did not quite get his name but he wears spectacles. The drinks he makes are never sweet when I order and I do find that the way he makes drinks is inconsistent. This is definitely not the first time. The ice is always so little, too much milk, and not sweet. I honestly feel like he should be trained again when it comes to the drinks.

Totally love your jelly filled donuts but -1 star for always running out of them and not having more variety than strawberry or blueberry… Some ideas - Orange? Yuzu? Pineapple? Kiwi would be so awesome!

Donuts taste good. But where the staff have a bad attitude towards customers. I won't be buying the donuts here again.

Please look into your staff's behaviour towards customers. Even a 5 minute experience can be so unpleasant from your staff's rotten attitude.

Adding on to the negative experiences here. Came here at 9pm but they were already closed. Please update the opening hours if that’s the case?? I literally came all the way here to redeem a voucher. Anyway, been here a few times, donut is ok. Customer service is hit and miss, similar to other comments made here. Hoping that management do something about this.

Craving for donut so tout to grab some at bedok mall. The young boy was good to serve but the lady hmmm. Attitude! I order a latte to go ... Then after payment she just do her own things which thr boy staff to her that I order a latte yet she ignore so thr boy wen to make it... I seeing him keep adding water into the cup and use spoon to stir ... Hardly I ever seen latte was made with traditional kopitam style like making a Milo. Then a customer kids accidently hit the munkin and drop. Immediate that lady staff raise her voice and said u got to pay ... I was like omg u are just living in ur own time zone without seriving customer and wen thing happen only know how to raise ur tone. I seriously won't patronize bedokmal Dunkin donut ever. Forget to mention my latte"Milo style making" is lukewarm not hot at all. If anyone else oso have tat experience do share and shut this outlet for good.

Bought a dozen of donuts, the donuts are being put into 2 boxes. The plastic bag was super thin to hold the 2 box of donuts. The bag broke halfway during the journey to my relative's house. The owner should test it themselves and use thicker bag instead. It's okay if they are charging for thicker bag, better than it break halfway during our journey
