I had a pepperoni pizza with Pepsi and got free garlic bread from a promo. I came here early so the wait times weren’t that bad (like 15 minutes) and the food was quite good, paid $7 for all that though so bring at least $10 if you want to come here alone. Their QR ordering system is also pretty unique. The atmosphere was quite good with air conditioning, overall, if you want pizza and have some cash. Here is the right hut to go to. (Just order in advance)

I must leave a review here. I ordered takeaway for my party, and they prepared 1 wrong flavor regular pizza. Called their CC centre and then connect to their store manager Kristine to connect with me. Their recovery action was perfect!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Despite we aren't able to try the wanted flavors on that day (our guests were disappointed) but we were given a Free replacement + upsized of the supposed pizza, for us to pick up at our time of convenient. I will continue to return because of this service 👍🏻 And yes the 7 pizza was good!

20-minutes waiting time to get the order ready. The price was quite ok for take-away order. 50% from dine-in price. I think they encourage everyone to take away the pizza. It was empty at the store when I visited for lunch at weekend. It was cooked upon order, the pizza was still hot even after I reached home.

Ordered 1 hawaiian and 1 chicken supreme pizzas. To my disappointment, both pizzas were served to me undercooked and with ingredients sprinkled carelessly. Looked like work of a junior chef. And the pizzas were quite tasteless. 1 time visit to this outlet is enough.

This has got to be the worst restaurant experience I had. Ordered the Xmas set for my daughter and myself, which includes a pizza, 2 soups and 2 drinks. The 2 drinks came first followed by one of the soup. I thought the other soup would come soon but it didn't. I didn't mind waiting so I thought to start with the one soup. But there was NO cutlery. I went over to a staff and asked for it. Was given cutlery. Finished the soup, I asked a staff for the other soup. She looked confused. I told her there should be another soup and she went to get it. I then told my daughter, when the pizza comes, there's probably going to be no plates. True enough the pizza came but we were not given serving plates. The staff were all busy preparing for takeaways and delivery. I went to a staff to ask for plates and she asked me to speak to another staff because she was busy preparing delivery. Went to another staff to ask for plates. Finally got my other soup later and that's when I just want to finish the food and get out of there.

They thought just because we were secondary school students and GIRLS so they dared to play a fool. Not only gave us the wrong order but gave us LEFT OVER of something we definitely DID NOT order. Will never recommend eating there. Even if it was something we ordered it never mentioned that it was spicy on the menu. Bad experience.

Was provided excellent impeccable services from all the staff 5th June 2023 at about 4.14pm for take away. There are more takeaways than sit in dining customers which I noticed which is a change from dining characteristics in Singapore and many other countries too. They did what they could to accommodate those changes though the design of the restaurant was not too catered for many takeaways as the kitchen was very far away from the cashiering counter. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The pizza was delicious surely and a big thank you to the chefs. But it will be great to get client's cell to contact them of any updates since they do not have those hand held buzzers that informs you when your order is ready. But still, surely a great place for pizza and other goodies with wonderful services from all staff.

Ordered for pick up 1 hour in advance. Had to wait another 45 minutes when I arrived. Absolutely horrible experience. The entire purpose of pick up is to save time. In this case, it only serves to frustrate customers with empty promises. Customer service was also terrible, with no apology and the entire experience was dismal.

The foods are freshly cooked. The manager Kristine and staff are very friendly, keep smiling and very helpful. Kudos to the Excellent service. The store is also very clean and got wide space.I will visit and dine in next time.

Bad service provided by Pizza Hut at Compass one outlet. First thing, nobody guided you to the seat even the signboard was there "Please wait to be seated". Then we walked in but nobody handed the passcode to place an order. Dear the outlet manager, you should have managed your employee's duty even though the shop was busy for deliveries. I saw 3 employees at the front desk but no one came to us to even guide us to the seat. Simply the respect we deserve. This is the utmost important service for the walk in customers or else you can set it as a delivery outlet. This will be my last time being here.

Manager Mr Raj and Supervisor Ms Mani in this Pizza Hut (Compass One) branch, were so courteous and efficient in their services to me. Best dining experience for me by far as I dine out a lot. They were attentive, polite, and helpful. I logged into Pizza Hut website n didn’t know how to spin the wheel n get the reward. They both patiently helped me n taught me swiftly. Excellent service. I usually dined in Michelin star restaurants in Orchard road. But both Mr Raj and Ms Mani services exceeds the services rendered by those Michelin rated restaurants. Thank you for giving me an awesome dining experience today.

The staffs here provided excellent service! I was served by Charleen, Kimberly and the manager, Kristine. They were very friendly, and my order arrived quickly. Overall, a great experience and would definitely visit again!

The staff named Danial rendered us his excellent service, he never failed to satisfy us, he is very friendly and helpful especially in ordering online which we are not used to it and he taught us to sign in to gain free foods. We are happy with our dining experience.

Not integrity when handing over orders!!!! Today 31-Mar we walk in to order take away set for the Festive Bundle Rendang Pizza. And upon collection the staff issue the bag mentioning all the items are ready. When we reach home, there IS MISSING GARLIC BREAD. Pizza Hut, this is not the first time items are not packed in the take away orders. This time I need to write and hope all the others will check properly as it seems no integrity on the staff handling our orders

I would like to highlight the great service of Jacelyn, she recommended and suggested the huts savers and to my surprised , eating here a freshly baked pizza is nicer than taking back home . But with huts savers value for money almost same price with take away. She also give me complimentary mushroom soup. And I also ordered a large Hawaiian for my kids， photo attached a freshly handmade pizza, beautifully done by this branch
