Been coming here once in a while for nearly 5 years. Every single time I come, they never have chicken and it’s a 15-20 minute wait. I’ve had to drive an extra 10 mins to the brant and plains location as they always have chicken ready. Not only do they not change their oil regularly, but the service is just not up to par with every other location. A truly sad and failing way to run this business. Every other location has always been walk in, order and walk out with your food. At this location, you can expect to stand there and make conversation with others also waiting 20+ mins for their order.

I walked inside and the tables were dirty we had to ask them to be cleaned and the chicken was a little bit pink and orange and one my chicken felt undercooked it was yellow and some of there fountain drinks were just water

Extremely overpriced, rude, even when you order mild it will still be spicy, they only give chicken breast when you order the 4pcs platter! 3 pcs you will only get thighs, wing and leg. The kids meal, you will get only a sample one strip chicken. 4 meals I paid 50$. They made me pay 6$ for replacing the drinks with water without informing me.

I called in 30 mins before and requested they prepare our food before hand as we were fasting and they were so kind to oblige and went a step further by preparing it fresh. Without doubt the best sandwich I had. God bless you all. Thank you

I wish I could give 5 stars but twice I've ordered from here I received all dark meat in my 3-piece meal. When I asked why, she told me "it's whatever we have available at that time". There's no criteria in your offerings, ratio of white meat and dark meat? No, I was told there is not. Fries were cold, chicken was at best, mediocre so was hoping for much more. Hoping that the franchisees reviews also go to corporate.

I recently dined at this place,and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.The menu offered a tantalizing array of dishes, and the food did not disappoint moreover, staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations. It's not just the food, but the overall experience that makes this restaurant outstanding.

Service is slow - unbelievably slow! More tables are used by people waiting for their food than by people who are actually eating. And the food was sub-par. The beans in the beans-and-rice were burnt - actually blackened! The biscuit was so dried out it was actually crunchy. The fries were soggy. And the chicken was just meh. This place used to actually have good food … what happened??

Popeyes is usually great, however wait times are 15- 20 minutes for 6pcs of chicken and 6 biscuits with no one else, and they messed up or order twice.

The food is great (obviously!) but the reason I keep coming back to this location in particular is the staff. Of all the lunchtime options I frequent, this place has the friendliest atmosphere; they got to calling me a “regular” before I even considered myself one!

Oh man … these guys knocked of out of the park. I ordered Family Meal and best pieces of chicken I ever had at a Popeyes ever. Not greasy. Huge pieces of chicken. Crusty outside and juicy inside. Wow! Biscuits done just right. Side orders unreal. Thank you guys.

I ordered the daily special, chicken nuggets and made it a combo with small drink. I also got a strawberry pie and an apple pie, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were polite and quick in their service.

🍗🍔 Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Popeye's. It had been a long time since we had the infamous Popeye's sandwich. And trust me it felt good after a long break 😁. There are definitely better chicken sandwiches out there, but this one isn't bad for on-spot hunger pangs for only around $7.
