Having my salmon bowl almost 3 times a week. However today having a bad experience as the lady China staff been so rude. she want to explained that need to wait but I couldn’t hear clearly and I politely asked back .. sorry ! And she just totally rolled eye to me. So disappointed. Won’t back to Stuff at chinatown point again!!!!

Went around 6pm on a weekday, there was no queue and most selections were still available. Their prices increased recently, the smoked salmon daily bowl now cost $8.20, but it’s still worth the money for me as they gave a decent amount of salmon, and the service was very good. I didn’t see that they have seasonal toppings and only picked my usual ones until I was making payment. Extra toppings cost $1, but the female server was super nice and topped up the mala tofu for me to try at no extra charge. Just a suggestion though, to place the seasonal topping list together with the usual ones so customers know that there are more they can choose from!

ordered chicken burrito bowl, but was charged higher price for chicken daily bowl. what’s more the container is barely half full and portion is so small, feel so scammed. there wasn’t a queue at the store when i arrived, so no excuse. i was in a rush so didn’t check properly, and lack of communication (nor a simple thank you) from the cashier either. i like stuffd but really disappointed in the poor service of this outlet and don’t feel like returning anymore ☹️☹️☹️ hope there can be improvements made.

Crew Gennie is very accommodating and friendly. She treats her customers fairly and with dedication. I will surely visit " stuff'd " again. ✔️💯😍 5 stars for her.

I have been to many stuff d outlet in all branches in SG and one thing i really appreciated is the Staff who help me to assist on my order very hospitality , helpful and diligent. I'm referring to Ms Genie. Its was a pleasant expirience and looking forward to have another visit.

Very understaffed, very slow service, customer in the queue for 15 mins and the long line is not moving at all. Always run out of food as early as around 7pm ish, which is the normal time when people buy dinner. Seriously need an upgrade in their service. Not even my turn yet after posting this comment.
