This pizza hut had a-lot of tables and was quite empty so I got a seat quite fast, food was nice, I only got a pan pizza with a drink but the pizza was nice. The restaurant’s cleanliness was up to standard and the staff was generally nice. Overall, a good pizza outlet for your pizza needs.

Instead of usual delivery option, we dined in. Instead of pizza, we ordered pasta, lasagna,soup and mozzarella pops. They were good. Staff was friendly as well.

The honey chicken is good as always but the cheesy pizza not recommend, as can smell and taste the burnt cheese. The salad is good.

Food was terrible. Both the garlic mozzarella pops and calamari rings were burnt (see photos). When I told them that the calamari rings were inedible, they just removed the burnt pieces, thereby giving me fewer pieces than I paid for. They made us order via a QR code, but the digital menu did not have all the items that the physical menu had. The mediocre service did little to improve the experience. There were also flies in the restaurant. Definitely not coming back here, and recommend that you do not either.

Took forever and haven't yet to get my food, we have ordered since 7:25 P.M. I have asked them 4 times already and I still haven't received my food!!! But the male staff was nice but our food took so damn long..... and I'm the last person who has gotten my food at 8:29 P. M. ( btw I'm not the person who likes to complain but really took so long..)

Ordered the $9.90 My Box takeaway (one pizza + 2 sides) during a weekday lunch. The waiting time was around 30 mins, which is strange given no one was dining in the restaurant at all. My Box is supposedly meant to be value for money, but the quality really deteriorated. The garlic bread tasted cold and the pizza crust was extra thick. The only saving grace was the drumlets. Will I order again? Probably not. Is it truly value for money? Debatable given the current quality. Can't complain given its fast food, but a minutes wait can't cut it. Do not recommend getting the My Box takeaway at this outlet.

Date of visit: 5 Aug 23 Time of visit: 0808PM Nearest MRT: Punggol Items ordered: 1x Melts MF1, 1x pan personal chicken supreme Total damaged: SG$28.48 Payment: cc and digital payment How: You queue, you write your name and contact number in a booklet, you go jalan jalan in dondon donki, you hope they call, they don't, you come back and wait, they hold the booklet and ask which is you, then you wait again, then they show you to your table, then you scan to order, then you get a POS error, then a staff will ask you to try again, then you get POS error again, you went to counter, they still ask you to try again, then they say something about zombie error or zombie check, they finally order for you, you come back to your seat, you wait as they serve 1 item at a time, you take pic, you go counter pay, you go. Pros: Inside aircon mall. Aircon damn cold at my table. Employed down syndrome wait staff. Cons: Incredible slow wait and slow serving of pizza. Summer apple n pear fizz too sweet, no more cheese n chilli shaker on table. Soup tasted like maggi mee. Will eat again: yes and maybe not at this store.

Terrible food. Stick to pizza when getting food there, not that the pizza is that great, but that you know you’re expecting greasy processed food and that’s exactly what you will get (and sometimes you just need that greasy fix). Had a chicken Caesar salad that came without chicken, without bacon, without cheese. The salad was mix lettuce, no, Romaine involved. The dressing only had a hint of Caesar taste, super runny and watered down. When I asked the server, is there supposed to be chicken in this Caesar, the server disappeared, and never came back. And then I asked another server to bring me the manager and asked about the salad. The manager looked at it, then asked me do I want them to bring back and add the rest of the ingredients or they bring the rest of the ingredient up for me to put it in myself. All the workers seemed unhappy, not rude, but just lifeless and clueless, you can tell they are overworked and underpaid. All the tables around me were dirty, filled with piles of dirty plates irregardless if there was somebody sitting there or not. There was no service, other than bringing food out. We also had spaghetti and Hawaiian pizza. The spaghetti sauce was tasteless, the meat was rubbery and did not taste like meat. The pizza was exactly as expected so that I would give it a 3/5 for pizza. It is incredibly greasy and super processed toppings. But overall it at least tasted good, versus the pasta and salad was disgusting. The chicken to the salad came, and was not even real chicken, it was so processed and rubbery that I had to spit it out. I was starving at that point, waiting so long for my food. The cost of the salad would’ve been $1.50 at most, but I was charged for $12.50, it’s insulting when you give such terrible ingredients in charge such a margin for it. It’s actually worse than a 7-Eleven Caesar salad- at least that had real chicken meat. Croutons that came later was basically over cooked pizza crust, so hard u can barely chew it. I would never go back to any pizza huts here. I’ll stick to alt pizza from now on if I want a quick and easy pizza fix. We ended up going to the food court upstairs as we were all still hungry, and had an amazing lam’s salt chicken rice.

The Coke Zero Is Actually Good That It Prepared a Straw. The Hawaiian Pizza with Pineapples Is So Juicy. Tasty, Crispy & Declicious and So Chessy!

My second time here. Forgot that food take too long to serve. Price and the food is good. But Waiting time when is not crowded is wired , drinks was fast, but for a regular pizza 40 minutes and dessert another 20 minutes !?

The Pizza Hut is not the same as 2014 . The atmosphere seems boring, design not very nice. Food was bad, I ordered the Cheesy 7 and it was not as creamy as last time. Crust a bit hard. Last time will have the cheese pull, now the cheese pull not as good. Disappointed, last time era was better. Never coming back. The table so dirty, staffs never clean properly.

I was surprise when I ordered Pizza at waterway outlet. It has slight crunch in the crust as com.other outlet which I really like. Also had a nice chat with Dayana, was asking us how was the food. Appreciate the small gesture, will definitely comeback though we don’t stay this area.

We dined in on 8 Dec. We were greeted by Nur at the counter. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Puru served our order. He was very detailed and attentive in checking if everything was okay. 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽 Great set of crew at WWP!

I visited Pizza Hut at Waterway Point and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. My family and I enjoyed our time there. We will definitely visit again!
