A shop primarily selling local delights and finger food such as puffs and fried food on skewers. there is an adjoining area for food and bento sets ordering as well.local food such as nasi lemak,mee sian ,fried bee hoon etc are sold there. in the morning there is additional inclusion of congee on the menu and they serve it differently based on the days. food is delicious and affordable and the q may get long during peak hour period. personal favourite and recommendation is their peanut congee served on Wednesday morning and sardine puff.

Was priced at $5.90 if I clearly remembered. And when I bought this at the Jurong Point branch, it was $6.90 AND there weren't fishballs in my meal. Price go up and no more fishballs in my box is it? Or your staff forgot? Box which was used to pack it also now came in a plain white box. No longer with that Peranakan motif background. Why❓❓

Can't buy too many items from them. The staff will handle it in a very rough way and throw it all in the bag. Instead of using normal strength to handle the food. Bought 10 curry puffs and other items. The curry puffs all breaking into half. It was meant as a gift to visit clients. Already purchased many times from them, no sign of improvements. This will be my last time patronize this shop.

Worst customer service. Went early (6:40am) to buy 6 packets of bee hoon and was asked to wait up until 7:05am for it to be ready. Bee hoon was ready since 6:50am and I am just waiting patiently to be called to pick up my order but instead they started to sell it to other customers. If I hadn’t followed up with the cashier/the one preparing the food, she will not start packing them. Hope to see some improvements for the staff at this branch.

Terribly rude staff. I asked how much longer the sausages were gonna take to make and she said “how would I know? I’m not the kitchen staff.” She left me at that and provided no further information. The management should train their staff to firstly communicate, and secondly to do their jobs properly :-) It’s only common sense. For reference, it is a lady with a headscarf.

Consistently good curry and curry puffs. Curry chicken and curry puffs here are still my all-tume favourite, though I have friends who prefer their other snacks, like fried chicken wings and fish balls. Their curry chicken is rich, thick and flavourful. It comes with many pieces of chicken (not just wings), and few pieces of potato. Try it.

I want to mention particularly this chinese lady. She was the cashier. Basically, I went to buy 2 sotong head which costed 四块四. I payed her exactly 4.40 and after that she claimed that one of the 10 cents i gave her was dirty and she did not want to accept it and i said i had no other 10 cents already then she kept quiet the tone she speaked to me also rude. encounted this issues many times with this auntie already. dont recomend going that ock.

Today morning around 0645 am at Jurong point outlet I bought 1 Mushroom c puff and 1 youtiao. Youtiao is very hard and salty.After one bite I knew that one is old..pls don't sell previous day's left over.I got suspect when service staff took from this one piece keep separate and packed for me.I am sure you lost one loyal customer.

I was at Old Chang Kee Jurong Point last Saturday (4Nov23) at around 9.20 - 9.35am and was served by a young petite lady with a headscarf at the bee hoon station. She was mainly on her own at the station and was very polite even though it was a busy time - she had taken orders from at least two walk-ins before me, and was also preparing for 3 food takeaways/ delivery (one person in food panda uniform, one in grab and the other without uniform). I appreciate that even though it was a very busy time, she did take time to acknowledge me first (rather than choosing to ignore me and get back to me later) and politely asked me to hold on while she served the earlier customers and settled the takeaway/ delivery orders. When she was done (more than 5 minutes later), she took my order calmly, politely and patiently without any frustration. I give her 5 stars for her excellent service, professionalism and work ethics.

Had a bad experience with a rude and obnoxious cashier who was in her 60s and with golden bracelet. Was queuing at 3.50pm to buy a little snack for my hungry mother. Right before my turn was a customer with a big order and the cashier was reviewing through the receipts for them multiple times. I did not rushed her even when she was taking quite some time and a queue was building up. After waiting for a while, I asked if she could kindly bill my items first. This cashier replied “没有时间不要买啦！” (No time don’t buy). I was appalled by her attitude and replied her “what are you saying ? I’m only asking for you to collect payment.” She did not stop there. She continued saying “你赶时间不要买啦” (in a rush don’t buy la) While she unwillingly collected the payment, she still continue to say “去complaint啦！ Complain 到你够啦” (Go complain, complain until you’re satisfied) During years of my patronage, I have not encountered such rude service from the staff before. The attitude of the staff is very upsetting and disappointing. I hope the management will provide better customer service training to your staff. You are a globally known brand of Singapore and this is not the service standard you should be giving any of your customers locally or globally.

The cashiur auntie attitude very bad ,A lot of nonsense, can't speak in a nice voice When I was looking for money, he kept telling me to hurry up, but he still hasn’t found the money? , I heard her talk about 6.80 total, and he said 7.80. Okay, maybe I heard it wrong, but what made me most angry was that his speech was sarcastic. He also said that if you have problems with math, you should go back and study hard? ? ? What kind of inexplicable attitude is this? Don’t think that he can talk randomly as an old man😠

Surprisingly decent fast food. No wonder it always attracts lines of crowd at almost any given time. Always come back when I crave for fried skewer and bee hoon. They have two different counters for the fried stuffs and full meals (like nasi lemak or bee hoon). The fritters and fried skewers are freshly made and consistently tasty. The bee hoon is garnished just right and can someone appreciate the portion size (for such price)?
