Fast food chain serving burgers, snacks and coffee. Whopper is ok but patty is dry, had to use sauce to add flavours.

I know… I know it is fast food. I have never thought too highly of the food here. Today I eat my word. I ate a fish burger value meal - comes with French fries and Coke. The burger was very good and the fries are thick cut and crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I paid $10 for 2 persons. Burger King - thank you!

Tried to order over the terminal for a western whopper without cheese but there was no option for having it without cheese. Tried twice. Approached the counter and was address by an unhelpful staff member who insisted that we could do it at the terminal, that is, unless we wanted to pay with cash. We went over to try again at the terminal. Twice. There was no option to have it without cheese. She said to make the order and just let her know over the counter after we had place the order, while STILL insisting that it could be done. The specific request I made was to have the Western whopper without cheese and without lettuce, and what came was a burger that was anything but a western whopper (see picture). Highly disappointing experience at burger King parkway. Staff was also neither apologetic nor friendly in the first place.

Located next to kfc, clean setup and not as crowded. Like it here for it dining experience. But dont expect fast food service as i waited almost 20min for my item to be ready.

This is a take away, had it after 25 mins out from the mall , it’s still very yummy and juicy! It is probably the first burger out from the kitchen after it’s menu changed from morning Breakfast set. I hope they will continue this quality throughout the day. This burger is definitely so much better than BK in Viva Biz Hub

food preparation is very slow. staff taking hus own time to prepare the burger. ordered one burger ala carte can wait for like 40mins. oh my goodness
