They move form basement to L1 , big outlet in then central of the mall. My brother super fancy their Burrito. I prefer Kebab. Self order machine is good ! But if crowded waiting time is still quite long.

Bought 4 pcs at sunplaza and 2 pcs they roll up so many times you can see how thick is the wrap.. Because not enough chicken to sell? Oh ya, sg not enough chicken. Bought before many times but this time really disappointed. Hopefully they will maintain their standard and not cutting down the chicken or any other meat quantity.

Ordered chicken kebab, meat given was so little not even a spoonful, chosen 2sauces(bbq and mayo wasabi but only given bbq, when the staff weigh the kebab she only put it less than 2sec on the weighing scale and cant even see the reading, profit margin maximum. Not possible to ask for clarification as already eaten. Had been buying from causeway point branch it was totally different. The sun plaza branch looks good on the outside only with the new renovation but terrible in terms of quality . The franchisee please kindly read this.

If your going to impersonate the Turkish/Middle East kebab meat (chicken and beef), then you need to take some proper cooking classes and get it right. Each are tasteless, fatty, and in short supply in your wraps. Disappointing!

Example of "don't fix it if it's not broken" is the right description to give Stuff'd new self order system at Level 1 of Sun Plaza. There are now longer waiting lines, and when one machine goes down lines get LONGER! The staff are busy clearing orders hence they cant come out to help fix the self order machines. When Stuff'd was in its previous mode of operation (in B1 of Sun Plaza near NTUC) lines were long but things moved along. There was a core team of staff that gave great service and kept things moving. I don't know what benefit was seen with self order kiosks. Match the big fast food joints? In terms of the product, I still enjoy Stuff'd burritos n daily bowls. Will still return for it, but seeing what I saw with the new system. Come on Stuff'd.

Stuff'd sunplaza is one of my go-to places for takeaway meals. I must say that recently I have faced disappointments with my purchases at Stuff'd. They are very inconsistent. I ordered a kebab along with a daily bowl. The kebab had very little sauce. The daily bowl came barely half filled, very little chicken, very little lettuce and only 2 small pieces of tomatoes hello??? Mad disappointment. I would like to believe that maybe this could happen depending on which staff is making the food. Hence, I do not recommend this outlet. I hope this issue can be addressed and make necessary improvements so that other customers will not face the same disappointment. Thank you.

Ordered two chicken bowls labelled 1 and 2 on the receipt.They did not give me edamame and broccoli for bowl 1 and gave me beetroot instead of potato salad which I don’t eat for bowl 2. The serving in general was smaller than usual too, which is disappointing. Honestly one of the worst Stuffd outlet I have ever been to.

I ordered laksa macaroni but was given brocoli. I don't even eat brocoli. If you don't have lassa macaroni, please have the courtesy to inform me what I want to change to instead of giving me a random one.

Dropped by this outlet because my indian friend strongly recommended this outlet for their service. They were generous with their portion sizes and the service was indeed very good. I felt very welcomed because everyone was polite + I got my order very quickly! Food was delicious as always. Miss Liyana and all the staff made me feel very welcomed hahah~ I would drop by again for the food!

I frequently visit Stuffd Sunplaza, and I want to express my gratitude to Mdm Liyana for her vibrant attitude and heartwarming customer service. Her genuine smile and friendly approach made my experience truly delightful. Additionally, a big thank you to Manager Von for having swift and right decision-making to ensure fast orders are delivered. (Can put more sauce next time, its usually little and at one side of the kebab only)

Waited 20 minutes for two daily bowls and one of the bowls turned out to be much smaller than the other. Would not recommend.

Didn’t expect to have to wait twenty minutes for a fast food joint like stuff’d which only serves takeout. Should let your customers know how long the approximate waiting time would be. Not everyone has the luxury of time to wait twenty minutes for their food. And they also missed out one of the toppings I ordered.

I would like to commend on the staff who is always polite and smiley but the food is disappointing. I ordered a daily bowl chicken. End up 3/4 of the chicken is all skin. It’s shredded finely that you won’t know it’s not totally chicken meat. I have tried many stuff’d, my first bad encounter.

Hoping that they will improve but getting worst instead. Long wait of 20 minutes just to get a bowl that have chicken shred small enough to be counted the number pieces of chicken. It’s worst bowl ever. Go to Bukit Canberra kebab instead.

I bought my usual chicken kebab on 12.2, 2049hrs, but was met with disappointment when I unwrapped my meal. As per seen in the photos, my kebab was simply burnt. It's no surprise since when I was ordering, I'd say that only one staff member was doing all the work. After my payment at the self checkout, I was waiting by the pickup as usual. I only noticed the female staff preparing the order for others whilst the other two staff members were busy chatting with an Indian Hugabo staff who was going over the barrier in-between and shaking hands with a staff(my concern is that I did not notice him washing his hands after doing so). Once a part of my kebab was complete, it was left in the open for a good 2 minutes??before the chit chat staff attended to my meal. Everything was smooth until he left the kebab in the oven. From my past experiences, at most is that they'll leave it in there for 1min. However, it seemed to have been ignored while he went to prepare for other customers, which was at least 3 minutes. There was in fact a distant smell of burnt kebab but it seemed to be ignored. All else is seen in the photos provided. I'm really disappointed, as this Stuffd outlet is really convenient for most people who lives in Sembawang. I do hope that actions will be taken as necessary to these staff(hopefully the timeframe given can be used as evidence)as compared to others, this has been many others' quick takeout.

I like stuffed burito a lot, and i am a vegitarian. but this outlet gave me TWO TIMES wrong burito with chicken.this was my dinner, and i am really disappointed. Please do not mix up the orders.

I was watching a master at work. Food was bussin. I’ve had no bad experiences ordering from sembawang stuff’d. Tdy on 18 March 2024, 8.45pm, I want to praise the friendly staff that served me. He had a very genuine and professional smile and tone. The speed was insanely fast. Very professional and nice🫡🫡🤝. Should gate-keep this place honestly but just want to praise him and give this outlet some recognition they deserve
