Encountered a Nasty creature (pictured), he was a total gaslighter, the way he put people on the spot, by screaming at them, with his already shrieky voice, when he already understood that the order was for 200g, steak bites. He was absolutely OBNOXIOUS.

Pepper Lunch Express is a food stall located in Cook House by Koufu, now the place is a food stall, not a full out restaurant, which is good in the fact that the lines normally doesn’t last 30 minutes. Food itself was nice, had chicken pepper rice with cheese add-on and miso soup, soup was normal and the rice was quite nice. Staff was good as always. Overall, if you want to have pepper launch but the compass one outlet has 1 million people in the line, just go to this express outlet.

Kindly change your opening hours on google to reflect the correct timing. Came at 1015am and lights are on but staffs quickly dismissed that opening hrs is at 11am instead.

5 october 2022 - pepper lunch have taken one step more stingy than usual . even an usual miso soup was not given when you order their hot plate rice . the beef have also gone alot alot lesser until it no longer resembles any shown on the menu . i do not have any pictures but you guys can go ahead give it a try but do remember give a thumbs up after you have been disappointed

Wait for almost 20 mins but not yet able yo order since the staff just stay inside for kitchen works. They didn't want to take oder until the last person collect their food. Wouldn't be so stupid to just stay for their sucks service but my daughter wants to eat so much. Never want to come here again. Sucks 😞
