The service staff was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Nasi lemak tasteless and subpar. Overpriced. First and the last time.

The staff is not friendly. Food wise really so so only! Luckily I bought kai kai deal and had this nasi lemak royale for $4 each. If you were asked me to pay $8.30 i wouldnt have done so.

Operating time stated on Google starts at 10am. I went at 10am sharp, things are ready but the staff not interested to serve. I waited for 5mins, approached the staff to ask whether it is opened, the lady staff tells me their BOSS has changed the operating time to start at 11am.. could heard the staff all laughing behind when I leave. Won't come back at all

Tasty plate of nasi lemak. Above average for sure. Love that they use basmati rice which is healthier. Could be a little less rigid though. Asked for no ikan bilis and they said can't change to anything else. Well....

All the condiments were great. Sambal was good. Chicken was reasonably good. Basmati rice perfectly cooked. However the lemak in the nasi was lacking. The most important part. The rice had very little to almost no coconut milk. Service was excellent though.

Food was tasty. Price is normal for a typical nasi lemak store/stall inside of a mall. Nothing super special but there is nothing wrong about it either.

A good nasi lemak place for quick lunch. The place has a decent amount of seating available. The food was tasty, and the service was quick.

Useless staff members missed out items on my order, refused to take responsibility or apologize for their mistakes. Ridiculous. There is a reason why this outlet has such a bad google rating

The chinese-speaking lady staff deserves a raise, she is very kind and makes the eating experience much better. She is the reason why i go back to paya lebar outlet to eat despite staying far away! However, the dining space lacks cleanliness and feels very dull and not cosy. This is the same problem across all outlets. this could be improved

I had a delivery from Crave...and true to its name, I am craving for it from time to time. Thank you for the consistent quality of food even when it was delivered. For someone who usually doesn't eat breakfast during busy work days, my Saturday breakfast on my day off was just too good not to be shared. This was the Bee Hoon with Fish Fillet plus chicken cutlet. Also tried the Royale before and didn't have time to take a picture but I highly recommend it...

We were doing our grocery shopping and on our way back, we decided to buy our dinner back and came by this shop. It was not crowded then and we decided to go along with the popular item, nasi lemak! We ordered the set with fish fillet, that also came with some peanuts and ikan bilis, an egg and some cucumber. Overall, they were satisfactory though the rice could be more fragrant. But the sambal chilli was nice and spicy. We also had two cold drinks as part of the set. Service was ok but could be better as they were quite expressionless when communicating with customers.

Food quality dropped significantly, definitely not matching up to the price tag. Not even better than a random nasi lemak stall at any hawker or food court. Rice in clumps, no lemak taste, chicken wing with thick flour, tiny portion of sambar, probably around 10 ikan bills and 10 peanuts. Seriously, all these for $8.70! What a ripped off.

Was served spoiled Otah . We bought at 5pm for iftar. It was sticky , smelly and had white marks. Went back at 9 pm to show them the photo. They gave 10 new otahs. Unfortunate All were spoiled too. So all 15 were bad . no qc, don’t even bother to reheat knowing it was prepared way early.

Paid 2.80 for a chicken wing when the menu clearly said $2. Cashier explained that $2 is only for add ons to meals, but the menu didn't indicate anywhere that it was for add ons. Chicken wing was good, but turned off by dishonest and unclear marketing.
