I walked in to purchase a few pizzas for the family, Leo who at the counter was very patience and helpful to the Auntie infront of me.He assisted her slowly and patiently. When it was my turn, his service was consistent, he repeated and ensure my orders were correct. The pizza maker was very fast in expediting my orders and another staff was also quick to help and packed the orders so customers did not have to wait very long. Well Done to the Team!!!

Smells wonderful. Place not busy and was very peaceful. The guy called neo came up to me and was very nice and wasn't rude:) very easy to buy. Just come in order pay wait for food take food then leave.

Ordered takeaway for pickup at 6:15pm. Arrived at 5:45pm to “register” my order with them. Waited till 6:22pm, ask another guy receiving his order. He told me his pickup time was 6:20pm. Feeling puzzled, went over to cashier to ask. Got a reply that my order is “on the way”. Started seeing the kitchen making my pizzas. It’s identifiable because I ordered 2 onion rings, which they just took out right after I asked about my order. This location severely lacks of leadership and management. Crews in front are running around headless.

I bought a regular pizza and some finger food via online. In the system. It show that our food will be ready at 6.15pm. However it was xmas. I waited over an hours to get a small pizza . Omg Fyi Had to wait for 2hr 30min for walk in

Ordered one Truff-Elation Pizza (Large) for lunch. The pizza delivered within 30 min but came cold and taste sourish . I threw the whole pizza away after eating one slice . Feel disgusted.

This pizza is 4hr wait! By the way, Dominos please don’t reply a standard message. Your people not apologise. You need to either hire more staff or hire people know how to handle situation. Don’t make people all the way go down and I order 2hr in advance, went down and still need another 2hr. Something is wrong with the flow!

Quite surprised because many people experienced the same thing like mine. 1 month ago ordered online ard 6pm, tried to call call center but nobody picked up…. after 2hours+ waiting they called me saying that they can only deliver for another 2 hrs .. i decided for refund. Ok Fine.. Second time was last weekend, after 1.5 hours waiting i decided to go to the shop to check what’s my order status. When i reached there, the situation was very chaotic… can see very clearly the frustration in every people face. . I decided, to go let go my order and ask for refund again. Seriously … i will never order from this shop again

I rarely do a negative review but for this I had to. I ordered at 638pm and received a confirmation email at 640pm. Even at 815pm, app shows “order being made” and there was no changes for 2hours. Tried calling the main hotline but it was a repeat recording saying to order through app or contact the shop. Tried calling the shop itself but line busy and even if I got through, no one pick up the call!! I received a call at 820pm with no apologies or anything but simply just asking if I still want my pizza or not, if yes delivery within 2-3hours on top of already waiting for close to 2 hours. I feel that it is rude and it seems that this may have happened multiple times that they are used to this. The app is not useful at all as it does not state roughly the waiting time upon ordering for delivery and for the shop not being contactable, it even adds further frustration. If there is lack of manpower, can the management or the shop look into this and to avoid accepting orders beyond their capacity? Please kindly look into this, logistics, manpower and also the app. The app is suppose to improve service, but it seems like it’s not.

I ordered 1 cheesy pizza( does it look like cheese?) 1 pepperoni pizza (pizza was burnt) Spent $48.90 for our disappointed dinner I wont order from Dominos again

This outlet should refrain from taking in orders for delivery if they know they can't keep the company promise of 30 min. At the end it took 2.5 hours between order and pizzas and only because I drove myself to the outlet to see what was actually happening. As can be seen from other comments there is a structural issue at this outlet and untill properly solved to be avoided.

Ordered at 612. App says ready. Came in to collect at 7. Staff started shouting saying we haven't started your order. I see orders at 730 being processed. Staff told me if you want to complain do so. Pickup here means ur order will start getting made once you reach and get frustrated irrespective of order time. Staff simple solution - you want it or not.... and on top the order is wrong..they made the wrong pizza.. but can't reach support so throw and order something else

Ordered at 5.30pm. No updates on delivery. By 8pm and was told pizzas are not made yet. We even had to make a trip down to the shop to ask as they are not answering calls at all. Ask for refund and was told need a week for refund. Ridiculous. Very bad service and will not order from this outlet again!

I made the mistake of not checking the reviews before ordering. They usually do fine with preorders (1-2 weeks before) but they really are unable to fulfill immediate orders. This is not my first time experiencing this. I have once placed a pick up order but only to realise they have yet to start preparing it when i arrived at the scheduled pick up time. This time round, i placed a delivery order on their app at 5.22pm. By 6.20pm and there was no updates on the App (which i ordered from), i proceeded to contact them on Facebook messenger, email and trying to call through their line which was engaged the whole time. I wanted to cancel the order but there was no way of doing so. I gave up by 7pm after reading all the other reviews and ordered from somewhere else instead. The order arrived only at 9.20pm, nearly 4 hours later. However, i was impressed they did take note of my special instructions for food prep for no cheese. Still, strongly discourage ordering online for delivery unless you have 4 hours of time to wait. Otherwise, do order way in advance.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Domino's on December 24th, 2023. My order, placed at 8 PM on that Sunday, has been a complete disaster. Despite the company's policy of delivering within 30 minutes, it's been well over an hour 9.25pm and my order is still listed as "being made" on the live tracker. The inability to meet such a basic delivery time frame is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Domino's commitment to its customers. Moreover, the branch where the order was placed is entirely uncontactable. There wasn't even an option provided to cancel the order, which adds insult to injury. This experience has been utterly frustrating and disheartening. As a customer, I expected a level of service that aligned with Domino's reputation, but unfortunately, this experience has fallen far below that standard. I hope this feedback prompts some reflection on the service provided and leads to improvements in ensuring timely deliveries and better customer support.

had a relatively fast delivery, but i'm not sure if it was worth the tradeoff. The pizzas were very lopsided and were breaking apart when trying to take a slice, so you get a handful of crust and a mess left in the middle of the box. doesn't feel worth it at its current price point.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NYE post... but it's happened before on another regular Sunday evening. Food hasn't arrived, but I've given it a complete one-star review because I have nothing to go on. 18:09: placed order. "Your order is being made." 20:11: Order status still in "Your order is being made." Sent negative feedback requesting for cancellation. 20:39: Order is in the oven. (Why leh? What's the point?) Phone calls are not going through, or not getting picked up. As other patrons before me have suggested, there is something very wrong with your system at this branch. Instead of reflecting on improving your system, you are belting out robotic replies. Here's some constructive feedback: You should be able to provide an estimated waiting time when the queue is long OR turn down order within 15 minutes if you can't fulfill them within an hour. Ridiculous that this is the second time. Shame on me for giving the outlet a second chance.

Ordered on grab on cny day 2 at 6:50pm. Said was ready at 7pm but when down to collect order not even ready yet. Had to queue almost an hour and didn’t even get anything. There were like at least 4-5 staff but everything was slow.. no proper management of the whole order order process.. staff just walking around and the place was chaotic.. didn’t even bother to care for all the customers waiting… I also saw staff just throwing a stack of pizza to customer and then a bag of plastic bag to ask customer ownself help themselves to pack their own food into the bags.. staff also slam things here and there because they were just fed up with lots of order… management of dominos.. please rethink your order management strategy.. uploaded photos of staff throwing receipts on the floor … what kind of attitude

Extremely poor service, not once but twice! First, pre-ordered pizzas online to be delivered at 7pm, but the pizza only came at 7:45pm. Attempted to call the hotline and outlet to extremely no avail, then why you put the number out here in the first place!!! Second, ordered pizzas because they gave me free regular pizza with minimum $15 order due late delivery on the previous order. Same thing happened, ordered at 8:30pm. It is now 9:30pm, attempted to call the outlet and to NO avail. Status still shows not delivered. Will never ever order from dominos ever ever again. POOR service. Please answer your calls, when you put a number to it. Update: Pizza came at 10:30pm. Ordered a large pizza but came in 2 regular boxes. It was a mess. Ordered ny crust, but came thin crust. My goodness.

It's a shame to see the state Domino's has been in for the past few years. Remember the glory days when they would deliver in 30 minutes or you would get a free pizza voucher? Forget about those times. Don't order unless you are willing to wait for at least 2 hours. And based on other reviews, there is a strong possibility you won't get your order at all. Domino's used to be cheap and fast. Now, it is neither. There are so many better pizza options these days. Vote with your wallet and order from somewhere else.

Waited 2 hours and no news on my order status. Called the outlet and the staf hung up my call without even speaking. Updated 18 Feb: My previous order was cancelled and refunded. So no more issue. Decided to give Dominos another try and I ordered 2 X 15 inch pizzas. The 2 pizzas came in large 15 inch boxes but when I measured the pizzas inside, they are about 12 inches. May I being short changed ?

I was very disappointed with the delivery of the pizza. It’s obvious that they did not bother to make sure that the pizza is not being loaded too heavy on top of it. With so much of the sauce stained on top of the cover of the box. The pizza was also distorted from how they place the pizza into the box.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY… I had many pleasant experience with Domino's delivery prior to this. However, this time was quite disappointing. I wanted to try their new Volcanoe cheese pizza and ordered from the nearest store through the Domino's app. It took 2 hours before I received my delivery… The hotline number was constantly engaged, unable to contact for help. The cutting of the pizza was pretty off but the taste was ok. The cheese volcanoe addition was great. However, after the 2 hours wait the pizza had already gone cold… Overall, the meal was not worth the wait. Have already emailed customer service, I am waiting for the reply - 774957.
