Pretty decent food quality with attentive staffs. The portion could have been bigger for the price. Recommend for those who loves to eat steak and ice cream in one go.

Had lunch during weekday lunch using some voucher, staff is helpful and able to guide clearly on what we need to do to redeem the voucher. Food is great! (we love the fries)

Swensen’s is my favorite childhood ice cream restaurant that hasn’t really change much for decades! My all time favorite is the Banana Split and Coit Tower! Surprisingly, this outlet has pretty decent service levels!

Food is okay; the classic items on the menu were quite standard. Staff are friendly, prompt and attentive. Great service. The air-conditioning is freezing, but I think it's more to do with the Seletar Mall operations than Swensen's.

It’s my second visit here and I simply love their impossible burger! It’s so delicious and appetising. Although it’s a very busy branch but the employees here are friendly and attentive especially Joanna ! She is very proactive and always attends to customers politely. She is also very diligent and keep walking around to ensure the wellbeing of all the customers! Thumbs up Joanna and keep up the good work!

Ordered the new Dry Laksa Linguine and Nasi Lemak Burger. Not bad. But the new Cool Rewards Membership via Telegram is not user friendly

Service staff was not attentive even when waving at them in an attempt to get their attention. Maybe they were already tired from the lunch rush. Was seated near the glass window and the way the seat and table was placed made it awkward to sit. Food was underwhelming. Could have went to Tender Fresh and got better tasting food at 1/3 the price.

Very disappointed , I dine at time 6pm very poor QC . Bbq Chicken is double cook is ok but is overcooked extra dry and hard . The worst is the macaroni I think is from morning till dinner time the surface is dry , hard and sour . Lucky is the front staffs is ok so give a 2 stars .. good bye is so far my worst meal 2023

Food was great. Service could be improved as when customers are getting the attention of the staff it was hard as all the staff was busy. I think that on a weekend they can deploy more staff to help out with the rush hour. Overall it was a good experience. Will be back again.

This nugget ice cream is really not bad!! But do not let the inside melt, otherwise you have to throw it into the freezer again before eating otherwise it tastes strange...

If I could give the service a 0 star I would've given the service a 0 star. Just trying to get the attention of the waiter to take our food order took around 10 minutes as they ignored us when we were trying to get their attention despite making eye contact. After finally getting their attention , the young guy waiter that took our order was extremely rude and impatient when taking our orders. Only one of our orders came after quite a bit of waiting and our remaining orders were not served. We had to check with the waiter. The waiter checked and they will start preparing now. Does this imply that the whole entire time my order was not prepared at all. Lastly, they did not serve or prepare any cutlery for us. As it was not readily available for us to grab to our table and there wasn't any waiter around, we attempted to walk nearer to the inner restaurant area to try see if we could find any cultery. Only then, one waiter came to us to check with us what we wanted. What a horrible dining experience at Swensens definitely not going back. Don't waste your money here there are other better restaurants that provide better service out there.

The food is tasteless; the BBQ chicken is dry and hardened. The macaroni and cheese are also tasteless, and the prices do not match the quality of the food. the ice cream dessert served coffee flavor, making it unenjoyable for my son. No recommendations were given, overall, it's overpriced, and the menu is not appealing

Standard swensens fare. Comfort food, esp the ice cream. Service was faster this round (compared to some time back where they took really long to prepare and serve). Swensens ice cream just have a special place in many people's hearts since they have been entrenched in our island for so long, accompanying many of our growing years.
