Delivery: They prepared the wrong item. The receipt even states original chicken Dine in: I love the convenience of ordering and paying thru the app. You don’t have to queue, just grab a table and place your order right away. Chicken tasted fresh and seasoned well. The only thing I don’t like is how much the breading absorbs the oil or at least they could have drained the excess oil well.

Super slow service for a fast food chain. Drinks are self service with only one dispenser. How that makes any sense baffles me. Counter staff had to call out to kitchen multiple times before my order was prepared. Dinner time can see long queues waiting for their orders with no sign of clearing. Overall lousy experience over multiple occasions.

The drinks are self service so they gave us cups to fill up and there was ONLY Pepsi at the dispenser. We ordered root beer but the staff told us twice that no other drinks were available except Pepsi. After our meal we spied the full range of drinks in the kitchen. All the take out / food delivery orders were properly assembled there. The staff was either ignorant or lazy to fill up our drink orders. Unbelievable!!

Chesee fries is soggy. They already standby not cook to order. I did ask for a change but still soggy n warm. As for the chicken, it also not hot emough as though it is long in the display case.

Used to have good sized chicken drumsticks or thighs and such but the drumstick I received today was really small. Minus 1 star since that was a $9 plus meal.

This restaurant may not have a lot of space, but it's always packed during peak hours for a good reason. The standout dish here is their amazing fried chicken. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, it's simply irresistible. While the limited space can make it a bit crowded, the flavorful and well-executed food makes up for it. Don't miss the chance to try their mouthwatering fried chicken—it's the star of the show. Just be prepared for the bustling atmosphere during busy times.

I mean, all was well. Breakfast was nice. But aunty forgot to include my burger when I came to the counter to collect my food. Appreciate aunty's apology and quickly gave me the burger. Will come back here no doubts. Morning is good also because lots of empty seats.

The new spicy dipper with sriracha style sauce is very dry and not nice. The fries is also soggy. The original recipe burger and fries chicken is ok. Overall, Abit disappointed with the quality.

Never order from this branch, or using grab food. fast food is by definition supposed 2 be fast. Doesn't matter the order type I should be the the same queue. Apparently not at this KFC

10/09/2023 Sun 1843 - S$4.95 with Trust Card S$6.10 normal, today last day. Tried same on 08/09/2023 Fri at KFC Hillion, was served with tatar sauce and napkin WITHOUT request. But this store nothing given, when asked for tatar sauce, only chilli given, forgot to ask for napkin. Different KFC standards at different outlets 👎🏼 S.O.Ps to review.. 11/09/2023 Mon 1204 To: KFC R&D / Management, Please develop a healthy logo certified item in KFC Menu like Kopitiam, some stores have at least on healthy logo item. This outlet is so great, it always encourages me to eat healthy by making their food so bad that I would rather eat a salad. This time the buns were unbelievably hard I had to skip out on most of it, previously when I had takeaway their fries was as dry as cardboard too.

yesterday, my boyfriend went to get the cheesy zinger mealtz meal for me and for himself with some chicken and add on cheese fries which cost us around $24 . when he come home , i opened the cheese fries and i saw that the cheese they give us was so little that even i lost my appetite to eat . the cheese they give us was so little that i don’t feel like eating it anymore. the standard of how much you give your customer cheese is down like are you trying to feed a cat by giving that less cheese ???? like i paid $24 for the whole meal and the cheese you give us is so little ???

This KFC outlet is nicely decorated but there might be a shortage of staff during peak hours. Service is generally acceptable.

This morning 8:17 am. My wife ordered breakfast meals for the family for pick up. My wife asked me to pick up them up for her. So i went. I checked the receipt inside so i verify if all the items are in place. I didnt see the receipt l, so i jst sped off (big mistake). When I arrived, my wife checked vs the receipt (which was taped) at the outside of the plastic take awAy bag. 2 hasbrowns were not included. I WALKED BACK to westmall. I told the manager it was missing 2 hash browns. The manager said i will check. When the crew heard this she butted in and in loud voice she said I put hash browns there while pointing her finger in the take away bag that the manager was holding! Alot of people heard and I was put in a bit of an embarassing situation. SHR SAID IT WHILE SHE quicly TURNS HER BACK ON ME. SO I CALMLY SAID. I WalKED 10 MINUTUES BACK AND FORTH, IM NOT GONNA LIE FOR A HASH BROWN. THATS WHEN THE MANAGER SLIPPED A QUIET APOLOGY. KFC pls check your cctv if she indeed put 2 hash browns on the bag that i picked up. Order was made 8:17 am i picked up around 835 to 845. If im proven correct pls train your people to br polite and excuse themselves for mistake. I didnt kept evidence in the past so i cannot slander.. but this happned to me not only once or twice or thrice in a span of 1 yr.

I ordered 1 OR riser burger and 1 porridge from WEST MALL KFC ON THE 23 MARCH 2024 via Foodpanda app. The burger was half eaten by someone. It is utterly disgusting. I brought the foods to my workplace, kept it in my locker. When I was free to eat it at lunch, I ate the porridge first, after that when I opened the burger wrapper, THE BURGER WAS FOUND TO BE HALF EATEN. SOMEONE TOOK 2 BITES OFF MY BURGER AND SENT IT TO ME. Foopanda refunded me on the burger but I am still traumatised and disgusted by that sight. I requested for cutlery and it did not come with that. I ate the porridge with my own cutlery. I almost threw up when I opened up the burger wrapper and saw a half eaten burger. KFC westmall, pls reflect on your service standard.
