Staff was a little unfriendly and unhappy! She took my order slipshodly and disheartenedly. Obviously did not like her job but the food was still good and portions were okay!

The sushi and fried food were tasty and delicious. However, the only setback was the bad customer service, it feels like one of the staff did not seem very contented even in taking orders. Everything would be better if the staff answered questions politely without giving us a scornful look. It was not even busy nonetheless.

Nori wrap and nori flakes were soggy, not fresh, sushi rice is not fragrant like other restaurants either. Hmm salad lettuce were in big chunks they were hard to fit into my mouth 😂 toppings for the salad were scarce too😢 was not impressed. But nice sushi packaging.

Waited more than 10 mins at the cashier for her to take my order, as she settled the Grab orders. Didnt even bother to acknowledge our presence. Only words from her mouth was $10.60. Maybe Makisan underpays their staff thats why such lousy service.

Great place for a grab and go sushi. You can customize your own sushi with a long list of ingredients they have. Love the concept and the sushi tasted delicious and fresh. The large sushi cost $9.90, a little on the high side but it comes loaded with a lot of ingredients. I would say it’s worth it. Only downside is that they make the sushi a little slow. But it was made up by the great service the staff provided. Really friendly and always smiling, kudos to that.

As a vegetarian who’s always wanted to try out Sushi, this place is absolutely perfect. You can DIY your own sushi and obviously it will taste amazing because you get to choose your preferred ingredients! :p Ordering is very simple and the staff is super quick. The sushi by itself may not be filling so I’d recommend getting a side with it too!

Got the sushi roll with avocado, asparagus, smoked salmon, shimeji mushroom, cherry tomatoes and tamagoyaki with yuzu wasabi crunch and avocado Mayo. Quite healthy and tasty, and like the flexibility of choosing my own sushi fillings. Couldn’t taste the avocado in the sauce but it was still nice.

A great experience at this clean and friendly place. The people who helped us order were very friendly and the place was super clean. The ingredients were fresh and the service was quick. It was not crowded and we got the seats we wanted. Highly recommended.

A tasty and healthier option that is worth its price! I usually get the small san - which is just nice for me but could be slightly too little for others, otherwise getting the large san is also worth it - you can choose even more ingredients. There is a large range of ingredients to choose from and are all tasty put together. This time I tried the teriyaki chicken don and lucky enoki. Both were very tasty and I especially loved the crunchy tempura enoki in the roll paired with mayo! Good choices available here, would recommend trying for sure.

Please ok, you had one job and it’s to follow what’s on the order receipt. I usually like to order via mobile so that I don’t have to wait. This outlet at Cineleisure happens to be the one nearest to my office. Specially paid more for the fried sushi option and when I was there to collect it. They messed up, I don’t really check as I believe they have it done right. But after walking out of the mall, I realised that the sushi was actually covered up, which usually doesn’t happen when you opt for fried sushi option as the water droplets makes the food soggy. What’s so difficult to follow? I purposely order via mobile so that I don’t have to stand there and wait, but end up bcos the staff mess up I had to stand there to wait
