For a foodie like me, this really something beyond my expectations. The smoothness of the mushroom soup are really the next level tickles towards my taste bud. Every single sip of the soup are flooded with the aroma of the mushrooms. Highly recommend for the mushrooms soup lover. The next recommend items are the puddings. Both the mango and milk are very showing the dancing mode when the waiter serving the desserts. And it melts directly when it dancing in mouth. This really an amazing experience for a 1st timer here.

First time dining at Poulet @ White Sands, it was on Wednesday night. This restaurant does not have much crowd-like town area, with only approx 3-4 tables occupied including mine. We were given a hard-copy menu and ordering was via QR code/online ordering. Online ordering was simple and easy to navigate. We had the seafood stew (tomato soup based - $38.90++) and it had about 5 big prawns (deshelled in the middle part which was convenient), a handful of clams and mussels, corns, and onions but felt it was a bit overpriced with only three seafood. The photo shows squid but I do not remember we had squid. Seafood stew comes with 6 stick of garlic bread too, it tasted nice dipping into the stew. ($22.90++) We also had half chicken with mushroom sauce and two sides (salad and mac&cheese). The chicken taste okay, doesn't have the wow nice but okay. Side dishes taste average. We also ordered the salted caramel french toast ($15.90++) which came with a lot of whipped cream, sliced banana, and ice cream. It was delightful to eat this but maybe they can cut down 1/4 of the whipped cream. Their iced lemon tea was a bit on the sour side, but acceptable for me. Service was okay, there was one female service crew wearing spec who was very friendly, reminded us that the stew pot is hot, and asked us how was the food, and helped us to clear the table while waiting for the dessert. Overall, we had a good experience spending our dinner there and hopefully, there will be more patrons patronizing their outlet in White Sands too. Oops. A very nice ambience. Food is superb. Although it's small portion but the taste is beyond our expectations. We had the seafood stew with garlic bread Love the stew! Overall it's my first time and I enjoy the food very much and was not a disappointment

Throwback June3rd. Seafood pot not recommendable. Watery really like drinking soup. Doesn’t goes well with bread n mostly are clams inside. The squid is too small n miserable 😩 Prawns 🦐 around 4pcs. Better jus eat Chicken in Poulet from now onwards. Their chicken still the very best. The rest of the dishes can forget about it !!!

The food is served fast and they are delicious. The steak came late and wrongly done. But the waiter immediately changed without much hesitation.

I enjoyed my time at Poulet. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The lady who serve us Jessie keep checking on our food if it being served and ask if all is good. Very friendly too , overall, it was a good experience. thank you.

It had been quite sometime I decided to try poulet. Was here for lunch and ordered 3 course feast. The Clam Crostini, Clams are not fresh, Crostini is not crispy, taste of the herbs are overly strong which you can tell it had been left over for prolong period. The Beef balls with Diane sauce - Beef balls are badly seasoned, oregano or herbs tasted bitter and it beef is super gamy and texture is overly chewy. French onion soup (not under the set) was thick and salty. Herbs are starting to be bitter again. Can tell it had been left over and heated for a long time. Croutons on the top tastes off and soggy. The rest are the chicken mains, chicken is roasted nicely, but a far cry from when they first opened. Ordered 2 mushroom sauce which was good. But the black pepper is overly seasoned and bitter. We left most of the sides untouched. Plus points are Staffs are attentive and friendly. Looks out for when you are finishing and asked if desserts are to be served. Area is kept neat and clean. But with the food that was being served and price point. I’ll definitely not be back nor recommend anyone. Photos are the sides there are leftover.

We had the roast half chicken with black pepper sauce. The chicken was extremely tender and juicy. Chose a side of mash potatoes which was extremely smooth and amazing! We also tried the smoked salmon on toast and it was pleasantly presented and had the proportion was just nice! The staff on duty were also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a splendid lunch experience. Will definitely come again soon!

I always love eating at Poulet and this branch is no exception. Usually I get the half roast chicken with sides but today I got the $15 meal with roast chicken leg in lemon cream sauce, a soup and an iced lemon tea. I added Brussels sprouts because they are awesome. Service was fast and courteous. They are popular for food delivery too. Definitely recommend.

First time tried , overall quite good , we ate mix & match seafood rose , the big prawn is fresh, rice is soft just nice and the orange colour sauce is nice ; then the roasted chicken , chicken has seasoned just nice and the source is good . Tiramisu also good enough for two persons share .
