A satisfying, colourful poke bowl! I liked that there were so many options to choose from - you can customise your poke, sides, base, garnish, and sauces. There’s a small sauce bar at the side where you can squeeze sauces onto your bowl and add garnishing on your own, which is great if you prefer to decide how much of each goes in and all. Overall this is a fuss free, healthy “fast” food option, suitable for those who want something quick and casual. We’re not huge eaters so the Light size (75g poke) was just right for us. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and there was quite a bit of seating in the area.

All the staff were really friendly and polite. Bc I work in the mall I ordered self pick up from Foodpanda since there's a discount and they kindly let me sit and dine(off peak hours) at the premises. Food was really good too, an improvement from the first time I had it last year in another outlet. Good job!

Like the ambience.. The most importantly the staff is friendly.. pokey theory is my daughter's comfort food so we do patronize the outles wkly.. of all I still the one at Tanglin Mall..🥰

Never have I ever been publicly humiliated and verbally abused by a staff before until I came to Poke Theory at Tanglin Mall….. the aunty literally yelled at me because I was “indecisive” and “taking too long”….. I didn’t even take 10 minutes and she was screaming at me cuz she had “so much to do” even though there wasn’t a single customer in line…… management apologized but did not stop or reprimand the staff who did not stop yelling at me and verbally abusing me and harassing me…… Even emailed Poke Theory but they offered nothing but empty apologies….. staff never apologized…….. I order Poke Theory so much, even for Father’s Day I ordered Poke Theory for my clients…….. I now suffer from PTSD due to this staff, Poke Theory may have kept their staff but they’ve lost a customer for sure. Looking at their previous reviews clearly this isn’t something new and has happened time and again to other customers of theirs and they have not done anything to fix it

Extremely bad experience with the lady called Julia at Tanglin mall. Poke Theory really need to get rid of this emotional and poor attitude aunty who cannot handle busy period. All I wanted was to have a good lunch but she just had to spoil my day and my appetite. Ohh.. she did mention LOUDLY that she is perspiring and that the manager in charge is not giving her staff.. and they are under staff. So the Manager in charge.. can you do something pls? Else, your dear Julia will be overwhelmed and start to show attitude to the customers. Super bad attitude !!
