Presentation was good and food was fresh. Chicken was piping hot but a little salty for my taste. Salted egg with rice a little weird for me

First time trying Penang curry rice here. Each of the item carries an explosion of flavour. Every ingredient, from the papadum to the fried chicken are freshly prepared. The marinate on the chicken is a tad too salty, but still good to finish. I usually do not eat okra, but I find that the okra taste good too!

Tried the Penang curry chicken rice. They cook it upon order and although the 1st chicken was cooked slightly under, they took it and cooked a fresh chicken for me. It was piping hot, juicy and tastes great. Skin was crispy still. Loved the rice and curry. Curry is mild tasting but fragrant. Worth a try.

Was it worth the wait? Yes, the stall display may look clear. The staffs told me their food is only cooked base on upon order basis! What do we expect when they are going to this extend? Totally worth it, the curry sauce lingers in the mouth after taste and the fried chicken is the fragrantly good, can say better than those overhype stalls. Give yourself a chance and try it. Confirm won’t regret and will keep on coming for more!

Great tasting plate of nasi kandar that uncle rarely see in sg (maybe need to go out more). Uncle likes the smooth curry with uniquely sour taste. The fried chicken is fried upon order and was served piping hot. 3 types of veggie, an egg and some papadom to complete the meal. Will be even better if it comes with the omelette instead of hard boil egg!

Ordered the Nasi Kandar Fried Chicken Herbs & Spices set. It comes with steamed rice, lady finger, salted egg, fresh cucumber, cabbage, papadom and kuah banjir (mixed of different in-house curry gravy, I added a onion omelette and total cost $9.70. The food is flavourful, the only feedback is that the fried chicken is on the salty side and will be a 4 star if they can reduce the salt level.

Bought takeaway here yesterday. The egg used to be salted egg but was normal hard boiled egg. Also, the fried chicken was not cooked properly. Bought when it just opened and it was damn good. Update 28 May 23: Just bought takeaway again for 2. One chicken and one fish. Now, no salted eggs and no okras. See pic. Imagine paying 7.90 and 8.90 and then no salted eggs and no okra. Disappointed. It's good, but with the lesser ingredients, I don't feel I ate dinner. Sigh.
