Avoid beef penyet at all costs! Amount given is really pathetic and doesn't not justify the costs. Chilli is also very little. Refer to the photo and compared it to the slice of cucumber by the side. This is the quantity you get (the thickness is just a few mm, perhaps 3-4) paying $8-9. This is my first and last time patronizing.

Food is good standard for a food court outlet; well planned food processing and decent packaging for take aways. Always the go-to meal for my Indonesian helper and she loves the grilled ‘bakar’ version. Service might be a tad slow but gets the job done. Overall a good choice if you’re into Penyets as there isn’t much competition around the area.

Paid extra for the chilli and they still give me a small amount. Please look into it. Thank you!

The chilli given is awfully little, probably they are trying hard to force customer to buy additional 50cents chilli... hmm kind of annoying

Foods taste great , but a little stingy on Chili, even if you pay for it for extra chilli, still very little given .

Is it inflation? $7.80 for a very small / skinny chicken which looks a bit fatter after smash.

Indonesian here! Surprised of the lack of 5 stars! This place is great! It's my seventh time here, I always order the Dendeng Balado with rice, extra crumbs (+$0.5) and add crackers (+$1)! Indonesian foods are best accompanied with crunchy foods! Service is fast and they always give complimentary oxtail soup broth with fried shallots when you dine in! The chilli OMG.. cures the homesick!! From the belacan, balado to green chilli, try them all! Ayam penyet is not the greatest but still good! Haven't tried the bawal fish, maybe next time.

as an indonesian, the taste and spiciness of the sambal is great! love the service as well, so humble and its muslim-owned. the only downsides (which i think is not a very big deal) are the preparation is a bit slow and the chicken is pre-cooked so dont expect freshly hot meal
