The cheese fries were great. Fried chicken was nice. The overall concept is very similar to KFC but the KFC recipe tastes better. The atmosphere was okayish, not the cleanest fast food restaurant, not very crowded during dinner time. The wait time was okay as well, about slightly less than 10 minutes. Service was average as well. The overall experience was acceptable, I would give a 3.5 star, at most.

Fried chicken (original) - Good. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Honey butter biscuits - Not bad. Mildly salty and sweet. Mashed potatoes - Fine. Coleslaw - ok.

The Hae Bee Hiam chicken is surprisingly good! Juicy in the inside and nicely spiced on the outside. Spicy and savoury! The pineapple butter biscuit is also nice, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.

Your popcorn chicken is v sad. Cust are literally eating flour and crumbs. When I ask the staff, they told me this is the usual standard. FYI I bought the snack box and the pic u see is not left over. The chicken tenders set is also v small. When we visited Popeyes, if their tenders are smaller, the restaurant will automatically give us 1 extra pieces and explain the situation to cust. Same for Chic a Boo when their chicken parts are smaller than usual. Ur management need to buck up.

Found a strand of hair under the chicken 🍗 Chicken seems to be abit burn and tasted okay-ish. Honey biscuit always my favourite but this time it looks bit overcook and the taste inside not satisfying. :/

Ramadan delights.... Their new menu welcomes the fasting month. The rendang sauce was okay,. I was expecting more flavour but i guess it's okay for fast food. Get ready to get messy as the only way to eat, is using ur hands!

-Terms and conditions for deals reflected INCORRECTLY on the posters. (It was written add-on promos are available with ANY PURCHASE, but manager clarified that it is only available for MEAL PURCHASE) -Staff and manager did not exhibit the best customer-centric attitude -Food is mediocre. Other outlets served better food

Was there for International Fried Chicken Day, did not disappoint. Well-prepared for crowd control with dedicated line and cashier for the $1 chicken orders. Preparation time was reasonable.

Used to be the best fast food place for fried chicken but unfortunately, the standard has dropped dramatically in the past 1-2 years. On this occasion, I ordered the chicken tenders and was really disappointed that they are so dry inside when it is so juicy just a few years ago! The tea also seems to be made in batch, in this instance, taste like they soak the tea bag in the jug for too long, the taste of tanin is horrible. I don't think Texas Chicken forgets how it used to be just 2 years ago, so to the management, please restore the quality before you lose another customer!

Surprisingly, the breakfast set was good. Pancake was nice and sweet with the honey. Egg was nicely done. Hashbrown also was good. The chicken was good as well. I never had any breakfast set at texas before this. It does come with drink option of tea of coffee. I like the breakfast set compared to the normal chicken set they have.

Good service staff. Follow up upon request of my order. Fast and efficient. Chicken was fresh and juicy too. Even gave me new batch of fresh cheese fries.

Ordered 3 piece combo non spicy and they were all dry and tough !!! It tasted like they have been deep fried twice. After Covid I’d noticed that the standards of the chicken have deteriorated drastically. Not going there again unless standards, quality and service returns to what it was when they first started. Staff are indifferent when given the feedback on the disappointed food quality. Very disappointed.
