Service is fast, ordered two main courses with upgrade to set meal to come with a ice lemon tea and a mushroom soup. The soup is too watery with little mushrooms. The salmon is on the salty side, and the burger is not bad with their unique sauce. The ordering and payment process is straight forward, saving both time for the restaurant and customers.

great restaurant, I ordered the BYOC and it was amazing!! I recommend you all to order it because it is THAT tasty. the portion of it is also HUGE so you will instantly full after it. the soup is also delicious. the restaurant is always packed with customers especially on the weekend. i ordered the hot tea, just like the other dish, it is great!! would go back here again if i had the chance 😁😁😁

My kids all along has been a great supporter of Eighteen chefs since it’s beginning. For its affordable food and students friendly promotion. But with the disgusting experience today, I don’t think she or any of her peers would ever want to patron 18 chefs again. They were horrified, traumatized, and bullied by their staffs during their lunch meal which was supposed to be a happy gathering and enjoyable meal. They ordered at 12.51 but at an hour later when they try to follow up for missing food, they were shoved away. Ordered for a Well done steak but was given otherwise, and likewise, faced with annoyance from them. Asked for the free ice cream in the student set, but was just ignored and walked away. All in all, if customers are looking for a good dinning experience, 18 chefs is definitely not the place to go. There are much better, friendly, economical, and quality food places in Singapore. 😤

Came by because of advertisements along the escalator. Been here before maybe about 2 years back. Order by scanning QR code and make payment. Food quality: 4/5 Taste:4/5 Ambience: 3/5 Salmon is not bad but ribeye whilst I order medium for doneness it came more like medium well. Taste is good but overall needs to be improved. We ordered the combo set with soup and ice cream.

Chicken chop taste is okay, but careful about the fish and chip, the batter is more than fish 😭 Chocolate milkshake totally not shaky 😩 When i finished my last drop, just within 10s after i put on table, the staff come and clean my table, maybe i sit there for too long? Who knows. Anyway, no next time for me 🤓

Angus burger is good. Juicy patty n fresh lettuce. Cheese is melty n d burger is hot. Served with hot fries too 👍🏼👍🏼 Platter is disappointing. It's warmed. Baked rice doesn't look appealing but it tastes well. Wait staff r a young bunch. Minimal service rendered but they r prompt when u waved at them. Order via QR code n self serve chilli n ketchup. Caters to d younger crowd n students. Student meal is attractive. V noisy when full house.

The plate looks so pathethic when it was served to me. Paid $15 for this overcooked fish and chips. The fries are so overcooked that it breaks into half when I used my fork to pick it up. Fish is so oily with no taste whatsoever. Service was mediocre even though the place was half filled only at lunch time. The standard seems to hve drop tremendously and I will nvr go back again. What a waste of money.

Food is great but service not so. I ordered a lunch set meal and my icecream didn't come until the end even when prompted to the staff.

Service was very fast. Food was hot and tasty. Ordered student meal BYOC since other regular menu items never seem worth it for me. The table was very smelly though.

3.5/5, nostalgia overload from secondary school days, but Astons is ultimately still the best nostalgia place. Had the double up steak chicken, and the truffle cheese (?) pasta. Pasta was honestly pretty good! Just a bit sad because there’s only mushroom. Steak and chicken on the other hand tasted funny. The medium rare was done well but perhaps it was the sauce(?) that made it taste off. My friend and i both thought aston’s is better. Calamari was simple, no complaints Total: ~$42

Honestly a nice place to have an enjoyable meal, there were a few available seating when I was there. Ordering is done online via the QR code with physical menus cash paymentscan be made at the cashier while card payments can be made online, a large variety of western dishes offered here and many special drinks too. Different soup of the day served here daily. Overall food here is quite affordable and staffs here are friendly and are willing to help you with any special requests.

Came here first time in my life for lunch, first point contact was a female staff whose face (covered with mask) looked as she had a bad day. Brought to a table and negotiated for a change for the safety of our little one. Was TOLD to wait. Not “please wait” or “please hold on” by the same lady. I do understand the challenge for f&b to get good, let alone reasonable service staff. I guess maybe customers like us are not their target group to make money from. First and last time for us. Maybe it is just bad luck for us. Oh din know the Tom yum was super spicy for my wife who can take spicy food better than me. So all she got was a spicy experience and not much of the tomyum feel. Yes, we could have asked for less spicy, if not for the fact there won’t be a “next time” for us :(

ordered chicken with coconut sambal. when i was eating halfway i thought i accidentally bit part of the chicken bone but when i took it out, i was flabbergasted to find that it was a sharp piece of broken plastic. i was very disappointed as it ruined my dining experience and i could have hurt myself.

I must say my dining at Eighteen Chefs @Bugis never disappoints every time. Their services are well top notch. Ordering service was friendly and fast. Great soup of the day. Katsu & strip loin cooked to customers satisfaction. Well portion chicken steak. Overall it was great dining here & truly enjoyed 😋

Great western cuisine with a range of good quality foods to choose from. Everything seemed reasonably priced, and specially caters to students through their student discounts available. I got the truffle chicken cheese baked rice which was very tasty and had a great truffle taste. Very moist with the cream sauce and thick layer of cheese on top. The chicken was in big generous chunks, paired perfectly with the soft sliced mushrooms. The other cheese baked rice I got was the one you can create on your own and have student meal including soup and a drink. It was made from cream tomato sauce, salmon, and chicken sausage. Not bad, but not the best tasting combination. Would recommend the cream sauce, never goes wrong. Everything was served quite quickly and worth the money.
