Ordered on a Friday night via Foodpanda for self pick-up. Did not have to wait for too long, however, order is not accurate. Order 6 classic wings with 3 x Pepper Lemon and 3 x Louisiana Rub but end up getting all Pepper Lemon upon opening them up at home, which is not a big deal. However, taste quality certainly has dropped. It used to be well marinated for all the wings and the peppery taste was spicy and savory, but now is just very salty and the lemon taste barely there. I hope is just some accidental batch since it is on a busy night.

The food is always good, but the service is always slow. I also don't know why their chicken tenders are only available in certain locations when ordering online. PLEASE GIVE US THE 6PC/8PC OPTIONS FOR TENDERS BECAUSE 4PC IS TOO LITTLE. My partner ordered the 6pc chicken wings and was shocked at how small the wings were. She is visiting from the US so it was definitely appalling for her.

Just now online order food,all very cold..Very disappointed.from bedok mall delivered to my house very near. If I walk to bedok mall just 7 mins. Must improve your food.

Waited almost an hour for one combo meal. I get that they’re busy but please stop accepting so much grab deliveries if you can’t handle the orders!! There were people who were visibly upset for having to wait an hour for their dine in meals as well. All of the staff seemed so overwhelmed which resulted in a horrible customer service attitude, that when I collected my food and said a simple ‘thank you’ I was met with glaring eyes and a dismissive grunt. Besides that, the when I opened my meal, it seemed like the chicken was on a diet. It was so small and the amount of fries was a joke.

The food was really good but they forgot my fries which I was really looking forward to eating....and I waited for almost 30 mins for my food. I sat at the table infront of the counter waiting for my number to be called but they did not call my number. When I approached the staff she passed me my bag of food which I saw had been sitting behind the cashier for almost 10 mins! what kind of service is this, im so dissapointed. Please train your staff better and be more careful with your orders, thankyou.

Front desk service was utterly rude! When approached to place order, the lady actually asked me to place order via the website, then what's the point of having a cashier at the shop. It's obviously I had wanted to pay through cash and doing it over the website or other delivery mode will not allow this. A good advice to all who wish to patronise this stall, consume with cautious~!

ATTN: Customer Service Team I ordered the 8pc Combo meal from your Bedok Mall outlet today for takeaway. I was called my recipt number and given the wrong item, which I only realised when I got home. We contacted the outlet we bought from, Bedok Mall and both members of staff who spoke, (Wang and someone who claimed to be the Manager, also Wong or Wang were HIGHLY uncooperative & was not at all customer oriented. Not only did they hang up on us, but did not give us a proper solution to our issues, expecting us to have to deal with their mistakes. It was quite frustrating talking to them as they expected us to call the headoffice and sort their mistake. They could do with some customer service training. This is very unacceptable and has damaged the reputation of the chain and my previous good experiences with the chain going with friends, colleagues and loved ones. Its a shame because I really like your food and the company, but its a shame that when your staff mess up, the customer has to suffer. Its a shame it has to come to this but what has happened has happened and I expect something to be done about the very poor customer service at your outlet, and for something to be done to reimburse me for this mistake

I avoid this outlet as much as I can. The worst customer service possible. Today I went to pick up my food (I had ordered it around 40 mins before pickup and preparation time was 20 mins). When I went there the cashier lady said my food is not ready in the most condescending tone possible. After waiting a while near the counter, i just went to check the area for pickup and my order has been there. Please train your staff well and how to communicate. Also kindly don't misguide your customers and waste their time (it would have been easier to just say let me check). Horrible service and this was not the first time they have been rude and condescending. Avoid this outlet.

There is something about the Wingstop at Bedok Mall that’s really delicious… The chicken is always fried to a crisp, served piping hot & the staff here work really hard despite the long queues & orders!!! Grateful for their service & will always return 🌟

Came here for lunch as the kid wanted to try. Order took 30mins even though the restaurant was not half occupied. Perhaps due to overwhelming food deliveries. As for the wings, Louisiana Rub is pretty good and the voodoo fries are the best among the lot. In the end couldn't really finish all the fries.

When the order was placed, immediately I realised that I have ordered the wrong food for my son. I approached the manager and said I wanted to top up right after I click “Order” from Boneless to classic. The manager said that it could not be changed even though I had told her immediately after I hit “Order” with an offer to top up money for the more expensive classic. To make matter worst, the boneless chicken was soggy, and not fresh. It was not even temperature hot for what is supposedly to be fried or made fresh. It’s totally different food standards from that in the US. I won’t eat at Wing Stop again!

visited this outlet on a friday evening, there was only one person infront of me. i queued to order a normal meal without being rude or sort, instead her replies were really rude. please train your staff better, the food is good but the staff needs to have some training on how she treats paying customers. it was a young female staff.

Excuse me? I tried to order online but online got some issues as the payment gateway was lagging for 5 mins. So I told the staff but it was already 9:20-9:35 we trying to figure out this online checkout le. So we rather order in real life. Then the staff deadass just keep insisting to order irl, and that will take 40 mins to cook (someone who came after us JUST received their order) and just ask us online order? BRO we cant???? we tried?? then we said can we just order here at counter now and she just dont want take. What? ????

Ordered foodpanda takeaway as was stated 10 mins prep time. Waited more than half n hour. The counter staff was very rude. We are customer n we don’t beg for food.

As a loyal customer, this discrepancy in service quality is disheartening. It's essential for businesses to ensure a consistent and fair experience for all customers, regardless of the platform they choose for placing orders. I sincerely hope Wingstop addresses these issues promptly, enhancing their order processing efficiency and ensuring that every customer receives the attention and service they deserve.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO END UP FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED!!! Has to be one of the worst service ever received at a food outlet. Counter staff was totally oblivious to the customers queuing at the counter. She just told one by one to go and place order at the table by scanning QR code. Waiting time was atrocious. Waited for more than 40 mins to get 8 pieces of boneless chicken as it looks like they rather prioritise Grab/Deliveroo orders. Diners were just left waiting while they prepared food for grab/deliveroo. Go and eat there at your own risk. I’m never going to eat there again!!!

always giving out wrong orders and blame it on customers. the manager was also always rude to customers. we paid $30-$40 and wait for 1 and a half hour to get scolded and wrong order?? The first time it happened we tried to close one eye but every time now? can’t do your job properly then don’t work as a manager. Waste time and money. The manager did not deserve her salary at all!! We talked nicely to them and this is waht we get? what kind of service is this
