Don’t even deserve a 1 star! Delivery took so long taking an hour! Very ridiculous! How u can say it’s a fast food that all these fast foods deliveries and services are exceedingly taking so long! Wake up all the kitchen staffs! Still enjoying covid periods and relaxing! What’s happening to all those fast foods corporation nowadays! Terrible!

Super good service. App stated order will be ready at 0340pm. Went in at 0430pm and told the cashier (old malay guy with specs) about it. Guess what he replied? "Don't tell me, not my problem! I'm a rider!" and did not even check with kitchen regarding the order ... 10/10. Best service you can ever find

They were nice to call me to say that my ordered will be delayed. Nevertheless Pizza and Garlic bread was still delicious. (Do not expect garlic bread to be toasty/crunchy, because of delivery). Tip: Order through their app.

Takeaway order took 30 mins longer than expected waiting time. upon collection, noticed that the 2 pizzas and side were already cold. Staff did not alert or inform that the food was done. Additionally, food it was not placed in a visible location such that customers can see and thus check if it is their order. My food was taken out of some random delivery bag, and it was all squashed up. The height of my pizza and sides box were not meant to be squashed into that small of a storage space. Upon collection, the staff struggled with placing my food into the plastic bag. He took his own sweet time, and actually took longer than 1 minute to place two personal pan pizza + one sides box into a plastic bag. It’s just ridiculous how lax the training is. How do you not know how to put a pizza in a plastic bag??? In the end, the pizza was not even properly aligned to carry straight in the plastic bag. I just gave up on him. Staff also did not give any chili flake or cheese powder sachets (0). Pizza without chili flake or cheese powder??? Upon asking, the staff replied that they had run out, which I think is highly improbable. Additionally, when I asked the staff where my two coke cans that came with my order were, he said that they were to be taken by myself. So I have to wait longer than the stated waiting time, receive a poorly packaged pizza box, have no condiments, and I have to self serve for the drinks? Might as well I buy a frozen pizza from giant and have it ready within 10 minutes. Opening the pizza at home, it was cold and was already tough. This is how I know it was left for a long time. The hash brown as well as the chicken wings were also totally cold. A few hours after consumption, I had diarrhoea and vomited. Probably a case of food poisoning due to lackadaisical food preparation process. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY FROM 888 PIZZA HUT.

Worst in delivery service. Order meal online as required timing but the meal not arrived on time and delay . Call on the ordered center , the line is always engaged . Does the num to call or wat purpose for ??? To whom prefer for delivery, not recommend for this branch.

Told me to wait for 30 min, ended up waiting for an hour. I stood there in front of them and they still ignored me. Finally told them about my order and said to wait another 45 min. A couple came in and ordered and their order was ready within 10 min and they ordered 4 boxes. Their business relationship with customers are terrible. Do not waste your time here. Price is also unexpectedly damm expensive.

It's the third time happening so decided to write a review. If you order in app for self collection, do not trust the collection time in app, most likely it will not be ready in time. App shows 8:39pm collection time, reach there 8:45pm, still not ready, stand there for 30 minutes, finnaly got my order at 9:15pm, which suppose to be ready at 8:39pm. And this is the third time for last 3 visits. If you got too much Grab food orders, just show us collection time is 9:15pm, no need let the customer stand there for 30 minutes. Will not order again until they solve the problem.

Very happy with the service provided. The trainee manager informed us early on that there would be a slight delay if we wanted to order. We greatly appreciate the little info. Kudos to the team 888 pizza hut. More pizza hut staff should smile and greet like this team. Cheers from a happy customer!

888plaza pizza service do not even qualify for 1 star. Ordered 2 pizzas and recieved one only. Timing of delivery is another disaster. But to my suprise , when i read the reviews by others , this has been a prolonging issue of poor service for such a long time and yet Pizza Hut , a reputable franchise fail to address such a lapse despite having received these auto generated disaster reviews to their business email. Plain ignorance with no ethics

Aglio olio taste like boiled noodles tossed in oil and chilli. Where is the garlic in my aglio olio? Bought it before, it wasn't like this. I used to say pizzahut aglio olio better than a lot restaurants'. It was terrible. All it taste like is plain spaghetti noodles. It's damn disappointing. If I had stayed any nearer I would walk down there and return this nonsense to the shop.

Me and my wife went to order Pizza at 2pm the staff told us the waiting time is 1 1/2 hr and ask us to come by @3.15 pm we agreed. Upon arrival we found the Pizza was cold. I ask the reason and told me it was cooked for sometime and not sure who placed outside and the staff was like pushing the Pizza to accept I than told how could you eat cold and Your staff told to come at 3.15pm and not my fault. Its a very poor service this kind of service should look into very seriously. PIZZA HAVE THIER OWN BRANDING THIS CHRISTMAS WAS MY WORST HOLIDAY PIZZA SO DISSATISFACTION.

Ordered 2 pizza. Waited for 2 hours and no update from store to inform they are late or whatsoever. Let's change our taste butt to Dominos instead. At least if dominos is late they give u vouchers to make up. Last time order from pizza hut. If u can wait without notification, feel free to order. For your info till now still no pizza delivered and no notification.

Ordered pre-order for 6.30pm. It’s 7.55pm now. No order delivery. No notification. Payment done. Customer care no use. Been on call more than 40mins no answer. Unable to track order. Poor service and horrible customer care
