The donuts were pretty good, it was fluffy and fresh. Lots of varieties were available. And apart from donuts, you can also satisfy your caffeine craving by trying out their coffee. Their newly launched cold brew was pretty decent.

A wide variety of donut selections available and also coffee too. Their cold brew is really good. Great for when you need a quick bite in between shopping or a quick snack during lunch. Their Boston Cream is my go-to! Plus their staff are warm and friendly and it makes you feel welcomed and want to come back :)

As much as I want to give 5 stars but very disappointed to get type of donut i dont want zzz. i want the heart shape and i only checked my order once i got home, but dont tell me its my fault.

we decided to use our entertainer discounts for donuts! even though we came later in the day, many types of donuts were still available. these donuts were also quite fresh and didn't spoil quickly even after we left it at home for a few days! the staff were very quick and friendly. we would definitely recommend this outlet for delicious donuts!

Visited outlet at Ion basement on a Saturday evening. Pleasantly surprised at how the 2 Malay staffs patiently handled a very difficult customer 👍👍👍 despite the customer's rudeness, both of them simply attend to her requests quietly without complaining. Also, they were attentive & accomodating to customers' preferance. Probably better to have 3 to 4 staffs on weekends, as it looks like things can be quite overwhelming most times, esp during peak period. Donuts are my fav - but wish there's more available during weekends 🙂

The chocolate pudding had only a small amount of chocolate. So STINGY! The stall operator or cashier always offer free drink with the purchase of a 6 or 12-pack of donuts, but later revealed that the drink was NOT FREE actually. Unethical! Drink is NOT FREE. To avoid paying for an unwanted beverage, it's best to inform them that you only want the donuts and they would reduce price without the drink.

Just ordered from the Ion Orchard store. Staff not aware there is actually a queue and served the customer behind me ordering boxes. This delayed my work lunch time due to a queue of 10-15mins and there is only 1 staff working the counter during lunch time period when there are 2 others in the booth. No service recovery. Wont be back.
