Lol counter service was extremely slow even when there was not many people around. Chicken was cold. Rice dishes look totally different from picture and was unappetizing. Portion was real small also

Long John Silver always have nice seafood recent years their standard have dropped but their some of their fish are still alright like the salmon overall their food is alright not great

When I had my dinner a couple of days ago, the fries and 2 pcs chicken served were rather cold. Only the coffee was piping hot. The diner needs to be spruced up. The legs of the chairs and some hidden corners are a little filthy. I don't think it's difficult to hire a cleaner on an ad hoc basis to do these. The crew may not have time for these tasks.

Today felt like having LJS and ordered the usual two fish set only difference was with cheesy chips instead of fries. Upon receiving my food, the chips looks like its been refried and burnt. After biting two of the chips I just can't continue eating it and brought it to the counter attention. I politely told them the chips is not acceptable and it taste bitter to eat. Luckily they were kind enough to replace with fresh chips. The point is, such chips should not be served to any paying customers. It's unappetising, unappealing and tasted horrible. I hope LJS, can improve on their SOP of how food should be served to customers and not trying to cut corner 'saving' food by serving refried burnt chips.

Increased loads of variety! Comfort food at affordable prices as always. This round, the batter was a bit too thick and fish mushy though.

Ordered a 2 pieces chicken meal thru the self order kisok, which is easy and fast. Food was served in less than 5 minutes and portion of food is just nice. The receipt has a (QR code) survey which you do and get a 5 oz free clam chowder for your next meal.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 pcs of spicy chicken and a set of 2 pcs of spicy pollock fish. The fish I dine-in. The fish was fried till burnt and told the counter staff to change it for me. The staff changed it but the fish is still with a burnt taste. I packed the chicken home and surprised to find the fried chicken burnt too.

Went at around 5pm. Easy ordering via kiosk. Relatively short waiting time to collect my food. Good affordable price, nice clean outlet with good air conditioning.

Would be a 4 star if not for the colesaw which had a bad off taste (probably from the carrot...). Butt the branch does the fried chicken very well, surprisingly tender, did not remember any LJS having such gd chicken. Service is quite prompt, no frills ordering and payment at the kiosk. Btw LJS changed their Cajun fries to thick cut fries since God knows when which could be good/bad....

FOOD: 👎🏻 ordered the original chicken and original pollock fish set meal. The chicken was really dry and rather tasteless. The pollock fish was also another disappointment. The fish was so mushy in the middle and did not taste fresh. Fresh fried fish would still be flaky in the middle but this was not the case here. Overall, the food was unpleasant. SERVICE: 👍🏻 fast and efficient service from the staff. Food was prepared within 5 minutes of ordering. AMBIENCE: 👍🏻 spacious restaurant with adequate tables and seats. PRICE: 👍🏻 affordable and relatively cheap fast food. RECOMMENDED: 👎🏻 the food was a let down. though affordable, the food does not leave one feeling satisfied.

Found a fly in my drink after taking a few sips of it and just utterly disappointed at the standard of service they provide. Seriously it is so disgusting to drink halfway and fish out a fly out of my drink. Don't come to this outlet if you know whats good for you

Extremely slow service. Can take up to 30 mins to be served. Perfect example of a slow food meal. Likely took time to catch the fish from East Coast Park
