Lol counter service was extremely slow even when there was not many people around. Chicken was cold. Rice dishes look totally different from picture and was unappetizing. Portion was real small also

Long John Silver always have nice seafood recent years their standard have dropped but their some of their fish are still alright like the salmon overall their food is alright not great

When I had my dinner a couple of days ago, the fries and 2 pcs chicken served were rather cold. Only the coffee was piping hot. The diner needs to be spruced up. The legs of the chairs and some hidden corners are a little filthy. I don't think it's difficult to hire a cleaner on an ad hoc basis to do these. The crew may not have time for these tasks.

Today felt like having LJS and ordered the usual two fish set only difference was with cheesy chips instead of fries. Upon receiving my food, the chips looks like its been refried and burnt. After biting two of the chips I just can't continue eating it and brought it to the counter attention. I politely told them the chips is not acceptable and it taste bitter to eat. Luckily they were kind enough to replace with fresh chips. The point is, such chips should not be served to any paying customers. It's unappetising, unappealing and tasted horrible. I hope LJS, can improve on their SOP of how food should be served to customers and not trying to cut corner 'saving' food by serving refried burnt chips.

Increased loads of variety! Comfort food at affordable prices as always. This round, the batter was a bit too thick and fish mushy though.
