Kids paradise. Too bad the indoor seat very limited, if not will be perfect. Overall staffs are very friendly & helpful, can download their apps as there have many items can redeem in lower price (attached with one normal price items, can choose cheapest item)

Mcd food is really good. I love the fries. Just want to say that I appreciate the hard work of aunties and uncles and I want to thank all the workers for working hard and dealing with rude customers. All fnb staff deserve more credit and gratitude they are shown, Please take time to tell them that you are thankful for their services during this hard times

One of the popular fast food, McDonald's outlet located at North Point Shopping Centre. This fast food outlet is one of the longest tanent at this shopping outlet and have both indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. Staff here are friend to and offered fast table service as well.

Wrong order during non peak hours, cutting corner on the burger during peak hours. It happen frequently, poor QAQC. Staffs lack training obviously. Scenario 1, went around 11am to beat the traffic, made a special order yet the staff packed me the wrong one, only realised when I got home which is 15min walk away. Had to walk back and change it. No reimbursement nothing. Scenario 2, was busy that day, went around 1230pm, packed as expected but it’s ok. Got my order went home start digging in, near the end I realised this wasn’t the usually Original Angus Burger I always had, even the onions are off, take a good look, burger patty similar to the normal cheese burgers, paid extra and get lied to. 2 different timing, 2 different scenario, 1 poor QAQC from front of hour staff, 1 bad practice from kitchen staff. No longer giving this branch a chance, decided to post here so they improve, this is the nearest maccies to me and I want to continue getting my Maccy D’s

Childhood mcdonalds outlet! Icecream kiosk is a must visit whenever in Northpoint for a icecream cone. Auntie super friendly and warm. Need abit more housekeeping at the area, alot of bulky boxes when queuing.

Ordered big breakfast. Scrambled eggs is horrible! Overcooked like play dough, very small portion, whole set is worse than happy meal in terms of quality and portion. The scrambled eggs I had recently at jurong spring cc branch was so much better that I immediately gave a positive review because I was so impressed by the value for money of the set. Management should review and take a serious and committed stand on the QC to ensure consistency of the food quality and portion.

The updated version of the nasi lemak burger is very disappointing. Not only was the sauce lacking (cant really taste it) it didnt really go well with the onions that was added separately from the sauce. The biggest disappointment was with the chicken patty. Though crispy and infused with the marinate, its no longer the chicken thigh meat that we used to get in the old version. The juiciness is missing from the thigh meat . Overall a very dry crispy burger. Not worth the money to eat this. Worst comeback of the year for mc donald's. The potato wedges are also not evenly coated with the special seasoning u can see alot of white exposed potato. The bandung frappe was way too sweet and rosy. Should add more milk to balance it out. The rose flavour jutted out and slaps you in the face and not in a good way. Hope this is not a sign of local mc donalds going down the path of the OG on USA. Cutting costs and cutting corners...

Overall a great and convenient place for fast food. Crowded during peak hours and can get really packed and noisy. Short staffed at times but to date, I would say most if not all the staffs are doing their absolute best. Friendly. Polite. Professional. Keep up the great work!

Oh McD management, if you see this, please do something to improve morning service including food preparation. For a working weekday 630am, I literally need to wait for 20mins+ to collect my breakfast set takeout despite of having so many your staffs working in this hour. And it is not one time issue, over the past 6months i gave a try every once a month , never failed to irritate me with such a poor and slow “production line” to get food out. If you open the door for customer to start ordering, please make sure your staffs are all committed to deliver food but not clean floor, move inventory and chitchat while avoiding customer and leave with one person preparing food and another one packing food. Please look into it.

Always crowded with people at this outlet. Ordered the McWings meal with 30% off from the McDonald app. Seldom eat McWings meal as I will not get full. But with the 30% more keen to try. Thanks for the discount.

McDonald’s Northpoint is located at the end of Northpoint City (near to the major junction). It has indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a small McCafe. Bought Double Chocolate Frappe to-go. Disappointed on the volume of drink made for two and equally divided into two cups - it was only 3/4 full. The rest of the drink was made up by whipped cream. Noisy ambience.

Very accessible and long opening hours. Very nice outdoor seating area for chatting and people or traffic watch. Expect hustle and bustle throughout the day and if you appreciate serenity, visit past eleven at night until close for a more "private" experience.

Arrival of food is really fast. Staff are polite and keen to facilitate in giving us the food while it's still hot! They are quick. The place have a very squeezy feeling because tables and chairs tend to be a bit closer to one another. Otherwise it's a nice place!

Went there on 1st Dec 2023 for a quick lunch with the kids. Wanted to get the happy meals toy playset cash register. Ordered fillet o fish meal with corn and milk, mcspicy meal with fries and ice Himalayan tea latte and cheeseburger happy meal with apples and junior Milo without ice. Good hot meals and friendly crew. Mostly crowded place. Will return next time when in Northpoint shopping mall.

Situated in Northpoint city facing the Yishun MRT station, this place is always busy. Touch screen and mobile ordering makes it easy to see all the available options. Food is ok. Free wifi is available at around d 4 MBPs speed. Connect to Wireless@SG for 100MBPs speeds instead. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

They cheat people's feeling and money. This is not sweet and sour fish burger. It's just double fish burger for the price of a sweet and sour fish burger. Where the sauce??? So damn dry. Zzzz. Disappointed.

Disappointed with them. My kids was looking forward to the happy meal toys. When I ordered via grab food. They pack the happy meal boxes inside of the toy. Are they in the right mind?? The boxes are supposed to be used to pack the meal. Especially the packer. Is happy meal they should not known the toys is included. Now I need to spend money again for the meals to get the toys.

The worst McDonald's Ordering number not in ascending order. You not even know your order number passed already or not. Too crowded until you cannot hear your order number. Take away package just put like that without show any order number. Who know the package belongs to which order number oh? I don't have X-ray eye. Waiting 1 hour plus still didn't get my order. At final, I give up my order and go away.
