Glad that found one store whereby we can build our own pasta from $9.90! Their pasta is delicious and worth the price with generous portions. Super flavourful and rich creamy taste.

Pretty good place if you are looking for some unique flavor combinations with your pasta! We had both the Laksa and Alfredo and was really pleased with how flavorful and tasty the selections were! Pasta lovers have to check this place out!

So so only. Maybe it’s because it came in disposable cutlery and utensils. Portion is small. Didn’t really feel satisfied after the pasta (didn’t order set meal) and had to get a coffee / dessert thereafter. Beware that your clothes will stink if you eat in. The oil fumes are quite “potent”.

For the price and portion, it's value for money. For less than $10 you get to make it own pasta (choose pasta type, sauce, one protein and one topping, and even choose if you want spicy or not). I chose the creamy Alfredo and it's not too wet/dry. Just nice. Service was fast (so if you are in a hurry this is a good option).

got the miso butter ($10.90) and butternut kombu ($10.90) under chef’s signatures! really enjoyed the sweet-savouriness of the miso butter and creaminess of the butternut kombu. the pasta comes really al dente too!! recommend prawn as choice of protein and mushrooms. affordable, tasty, and really convenient (it’s in the basement of Raffles Place MRT). worth a try for CBD workers :) (for a more detailed reviews, check me out at @rachjiakpng on Instagram ❤️‍🔥)

For those who work near CBD (Raffles Place), @twystpasta is an option for a quick and fuss-free lunch/ dinner! You might see a long queue, but they serve really quickly, and you get your food fast too. You can choose to build your own pasta/ choose the created signatures - Miso Butter ($9.90) Defo my favourite of the 2 that I've tried. The miso flavour was pretty strong, with a slightly sweet-savoury flavour, and I chose spaghetti for this dish, together with Smoked Duck as protein and Mushrooms as toppings. Butternut Kombu Penne ($10.90) This Chef Signatures came with Edamame, Beef Pepperoni, and Kale. They were pretty generous with the ingredients, although this pasta had much lighter flavour compared to the miso butter. Penne was cooked pretty al dente, although would personally prefer stronger flavours here. Overall it's simple and comforting food that you can get that's still relatively decently priced esp in CBD area.

Caught up with a few schoolmates today, starting with brunch at Twyst@Raffles Place. It was the first time dining at Twyst for all of us. To be on the “safe side”, we all chose their Chef’s Signatures. Must say they served pretty interesting pastas - Aglio Olio Laksa Olio Butternut Kombu Miso Butter Servings were all pretty generous with pasta and ingredients. I enjoyed the Butternut Kombu with lots of Edamame and Kale. The penne pasta held the delicious sauces well. Although the Miso Butter was delicious, I felt it was slightly salty; it came with generous amounts of chicken meat and cherry tomatoes. The Laksa Olio was quite nice, really tasted like Laksa, although we found a little strange eating with spaghetti, hahaha. The Aglio Olio appeared to be the healthier choice, but pretty nice. Would be tastier if some truffle oil could be included. Overall, a very satisfying meal. In order not to “hog” the seats as the lunch crowd was building up, we proceeded to the nearby Ya Kun for our coffee and tea, where we continued our catching up.

[July 2023] Tried Twyst on a weekday night when they only have Penne available (their spaghetti was sold out, which was rather puzzling that it happened). The penne turns out to be a good choice, soaking up the miso butter sauce well which was on the savoury side. The laksa sauce was also flavourful and spicy. Good place for a bowl of fast, tasty, highly customisable pasta. Not for the fussies.

Ordered the laksa aglio which I also added the prawns and spinach as the add ons. The pasta was lightly coated in laksa paste and the prawns were crunchy which went well with the pasta. The texture of the pasta is a bit thin and slightly soft. I wish the pasta would be a bit thicker and slighty Al dente. Otherwise, the place is good with other interesting pasta bases to choose from. I actually ordered this via their website to pick up at the store and I didn't have to wait very long even though there was a lot of people.

Food was good in general, BUT Please DONT ever get the chicken as protein, the chicken consists of 99% skin, it is super smelly and seriously disgusting, it has the strong smell and ruining the pasta taste! I got chicken as protein base and topped up for another portion of chicken and prawn and this is what i get….. The reason I took away so I could continue doing my work but in fact I spent all the time separating the skin and the meat😭😭 Twyst, please look into this………. My colleague said the same thing too btw so i know I’m not alone….

So far, I have only tried the breakfast sourdough toasts. The taste and portion size is good and the price is reasonable. In future, I would like to try their pasta dishes and all the other items on the menu. I am also interested in the coffee but I have been reluctant to spend the money as each cup is around $5.00. Maybe one day I will give the coffee a try when I want to give myself a treat.

When I tell you this place has the BEST PASTA. I am not kidding. I have been obsessed with their mouth watering Miso butter pasta to the point where I want it everyday. I’ve only been ordering through Grab but I cannot wait to one day sit down at their restaurant and experience the pasta first hand. IT’S REALLY THAT GOOD. The taste is so unique, savory, and they give such great portions. I am absolutely floored everytime I taste their pasta. Seriously, 10/10 would eat again and everyday.
