Poor service by the aunty, ordered chicken rice for dine in and she served me wrapped with paper, without any plate or tray. Requested for plate/tray and she refused to provide. Will definitely not patronise this shop again.

Ordered nasi lemak & specifically requested no sambal to which they acknowledge twice. However the malay auntie in tudung put sambal when i told them "No sambal", she just throw the sambal into the sink with some left over sambal in the nasi lemak, i told her do a new one without sambal which she did but she charge me for 2 nasi lemak. I ask why, she says I'm getting the other one which she threw the sambal, i said "I want a new one without sambal" which refuse to let me buy, then she started raising her voice at me and giving excuses they cant keep the old nasi lemak because it'll go bad and i talked to them over the glass display which she & her colleague cant hear properly. Because i was in a rush for work, I simply dont want to argue with her and say "i dont want to do business", while walking to the mrt i can hear her loudly behind me saying "We dont welcome you" and things like I'm giving her a hard time & a problematic customer. I have visited this place for the last 5 years, even though the food or atmosphere is not that good i still appreciate the food & staff however I have never encountered a staff who is rude, raises her voice at a customer & being defensive when i told her she did the wrong order & charge me extra which includes the wrong order. Because of this incident I wasted time finding supper at other places which made me late, the reason I ask no sambal is because it is for my friend who cant take sambal in his nasi lemak. I hope their management does something about this because I am not happy with how I was treated by that auntie.
