It was almost closing time when we visited this branch for dinner. Some items were already sold out (understandable) The chicken was still piping hot, feels like it came straight from the fryer. The breading is crispy, the meat was fresh and juicy. The fries doesn’t taste frozen Customer service was also exceptional, the staff who cleans the table is very polite and kind. Happy tummy, happy me 😊

While waiting for my seminar to begin, went to get a quick bite at Jollibee Novena. Ordered a Jolly Hotdog 🌭 set. The fries 🍟 tasted like potato 🥔 chips than fries. Much crispy 😋 that M or BK or MOS. The hotdog has cheese rather then muster. Service much better then M. The floor manager is really on the floor, directing customers and helping to locate empty seats. After I finished my meal, she came and help me to clear my table with a broad smile.

Went to Novena outlet order a Spaghetti , Yum Burger and Chickenjoy with Fiesta. Service were all right as were told we cannot choose the chicken part as we usually did before with all outlet , maybe its the new SOP. Were really excited to taste the Fiesta meal but came to shock when open the box and see only 1 piece chicken inside. What a disappointment , the manager that attend the order also didn't confirm our order as he pass us our order and said its our order so I though all is good. I paid $7.70 for a piece of chicken , really disappointed !!!!!!

The food was is good like always however the portion is getting smaller and smaller. I brought the burger back to the staff however it returned the same size. Maybe is the chicken from the supplier being too small but kudos to them finding chicken that small. The patty was half the size of the burger and I was simply just not happy paying $7.50 for it. Hope to see a change in the food in my next visit but for now enjoy a picture of chicken little as it reminds me of the chicken burger

Enjoyed the 8 piece chickenjoy bucket - both the original and spicy. The spicy chicken was quite spicy.

Cheap and good! Quality of the chicken is fantastic with very juicy juice that flows out each bites and the taste for both original and spicy chicken are speechless! First time eating and I have to praise their effort to make it so delicious for us to enjoy a simple delicacy.

Dissapointed with their quality of food. My chicken was underweight and cold when served. The meat was dry, full of bones and not crispy, and the standard was a far cry from when they first opened in Singapore. Though there was only one staff attending to the walk-in counter orders and collection, the staff was also looking at her phone, not paying attention when I walked up and stood in front of her to request for chilli. I'm certainly not going back to this outlet again.

This Jollibee branch is not too bad. There's enough of a crowd that most menu items are we served fresh, but not too much such that you can still find seats. They provide a locker for you to pick-up mobile ordered, too.

The place feels like i am in my hometown - the Philippines, since all staff are Filipinos and very approachable and considerate.

I always get happy every time I visit a city with Jollibee. I ordered a standard Chickenjoy with Spaghetti and some extra stuff. I’m so glad they have all the things I requested. Specifically, the part of the Chickenjoy because most Jollibees abroad only serve leg and thigh part. But this has breast and wings. The service is also fast. This is cool. 👍🏻 One downside though that they do not accept credit card during that time. I had to find an ATM nearby to get cash.

Ordered through deliveroo. Indicated no breast meat and more chilli. Came with breast meat and NO chilli given. Ordered 2 spicy and 1 original. But original size is 1/3 of the other 2 pcs. Can't even tell what part it is. Just had a piece and throw the rest away.

Quite nice but seems smaller portion than other fast food chain's. also the parts are not as meaty. got two tubs of unknown sauce or gravy along with the chicken n fries. the coke zero tasted dilute than from bottle. wonder if they put ice cube in container to chill the drink. Overall good for a change.

Jollibee Novena Management and services is very poor. Ordered serve were incomplete. Sizes or chicken are really not same or cur is very small. I ordered 2 pc chicken joy with 2 side meal with rice but no rice given to us. The cut of chicken is very small. Not worth the price

Great juicy chicken! Loved the spicy flavour chicken and the pineapple drink. It came with two brown sauces, no idea what they are but it was nice for dipping the chips and for pouring over the fried chicken. They had a jolly spaghetti which seemed interesting, would love to try it.

Came at off peak hours. Ordered a chicken burger set with the counter who received in less than 10mins. French fries was cold and immediately ask for replacement and no questions asked, they exchange with freshly made ones. Chicken burger was served crispy hot and bun was soft and fresh. So far a pleasant experience with this outlet, had a pleasant meal here. Bye bye KFC.

Super bad service from Waterway Point outlet. Order 1 set meal for two and 1 set of 3pcs chicken meal. The spicy chicken thigh is very small and the drumstick was not breaded properly. Brought the chicken to the staff and asked for exchange. The staff just simply told me it’s the normal size and the another person who I believed is the manager also insist it’s normal. I asked them if they want me to show them how the rest of the chicken size looked like. They don even bother to answer my question and just said what they want to say. I’m not eating the fried chicken for the first time. So I returned back the chicken to them. Because their attitude really spoilt my appetite. And they did not do any anything when I returned back the chicken and walked away from the counter. I’m waiting for the reply from your side. Thank you.

First time trying jolibee. Was expecting the chicken tender to be more flavorful, but it tastes pretty good with the dip. I love the spaghetti, the texture and the sauce is yummy! Not a big fans of the peach mango pie since the pastry is a bit thick but the filling is quite nice. Must pay using nest.
