Ordered half Bbq chicken for pickup.When arrived for pickup, they didnt say a thing. Arrived home to see its normal fried chicken. Return back to change wrong order. They say "No bbq". Let me teach you about abit of customer service. If for some reason, Grab app can't say that there's no more bbq chicken, at least when customer collects please say "Sorry we ran out of bbq, is normal fried chicken ok?" At least customer won't go back again to 888, its a waste of time. Anyway i think its normal everywhere la.

Ordered chicken wing with fries set. Over-fried chicken wings (too dry) and was given leftover bits of fries (short 1-2cm pieces for entire fries portion) strewn over the plate. Bread was a piece of white bread with butter. Forgot to take photo, will not visit again.

First, they took my order wrongly. Ordered popcorn chicken ala cart but they gave me set meal. Then when I reached home, opened and realized that the serving of the popcorn chicken doesn't even match the price. 10 mini popcorn cost $5?

Fried whole leg with rice : Over fried chicken leg, hard meat. Marination ok. Rice off and on ok. Chk wings : ok Fries : Terrible 👎👎👎 hard. Coleslaw : got one time receive a spoil one. Hope can be improve in the near future.

Rice is tasteless. Chicken wing not juicy nor tasty. Coleslaw is extremely small in serving packed in chilli bag. For $4.50 is cheaper than compared to the other coffee shop. However, won't eat again👎

Got the chicken chop. They changed the sauce, too peppery and it taste like any other chicken chop from other stalls. Been here for over 15 years. Will not order with that sauce ever again.

Guy with spectacles who do the counter have no basic respect towards his customers, was indeed rude and the service here is unsatisfactory… don’t even know how to greet customer and always grumpy! Your outlet might lost loyalty customer if this is frequently happening

25th March 2024 , was there at around 10.52pm . The female staff is so rude . It has been several times but today I am really unsatisfied . I was looking at the above Menu and told her number 2 and the popcorn chicken rice . But she say in Chinese - can you see the menu at here (pointing at the counter menu) Why , the menu is different isit ? I already ordered what I want but she didn't listen . Then when I was about to pay , she say only cash . But I saw there was QR code payment but she say the QR code at 10pm auto close . But I have no cash with me ! I always pay using QR code . Beside me was a delivery rider , he helped me to pay in cash and I transfer him the money back . Then I asked for a receipt , since there was this notice saying always ask for a receipt . But she tell me the POS 10pm auto close . Wow . So funny you know . 10pm auto close but you here taking order at 1053pm . Then the money go where ? How you prepare the order ? If you close at 10pm then next time can just let customer know closed already . I never forced her to do all these . I didn't even know it closes at 10pm . If so why are you still taking order ? But yet cannot pay by QR code and can't issue receipt when there is a notice to ask for receipt . I myself work in FnB for 13 years . Your staff tell me 10pm all your system auto close . It's like a joke to me . If you are closed then don't take in order . What's more it's near 11pm . You can take order for another one hour but system not working .
