Staff are friendly. Checked our vaccination status when we said we are dining in. It is open during cny. We went on Cny day 1, saw some ppl come in for self collection as well. Large pizza is cheaper in store than online. Online: 2 for $33 In store: 2 for $28.90 Our go to are always classified chicken and Hawaiian with New York crust. The New York crust isn’t too thick and you get a nice chewy texture from the dough. Ordered hand stretched and it was too thin.

Pizzas was good as per standard. However I did order in advanced was told to wait a further 20 mins when i arrived 5 mins before collection time. Now, the chicken side (not yet eaten) cost 8 dollars (rounded up), and it does not seem to rival taiwan xxl, zinger, 2 pcs chicken, 1 dozen ban mian fried dumplings, mac burger. Can a staff tell me the chicken side's name in the reply because it isn't crunchy or crazy?

If you can afford to wait for more than 3 hours then this shop is a good choice for you. Ordered at 6:50pm, and now it is 9:50pm the pizzas are not delivered yet. Wanted to cancel but no where to cancel, called hotline no one pick up, facebook messenger no one reply. Feel so angry and hungry !!

Ordered my pizza yesterday 9 Aug 2022 at 4.10pm. The staff promised that it will reach by 7pm.. Guess what? My order did not turn up at all. The hotline kept put me on hold for close to an hour. All I want was a refund. Nobody gave me a call for an update. Please improve your service. Promise 30 mins to deliver? lol, guess not.

Perhaps we can give the staff here a break and refrain from criticizing and finding faults. It's understandable that a highly attractive promotion, such as the recent offer of $5 for a regular pizza, could result in a sudden surge of orders. On a Friday evening, I patiently waited for my pizza at the Kovan branch, knowing that the team would have a significant backlog to clear due to the high volume of both delivery and pick-up orders. I observed that some customers kept approaching the counter, expecting their pizzas to be ready because the app or system had already notified them, but in reality, the pizzas were not yet prepared. This situation occurred because there was only one staff member making the pizzas, likely due to understaffing issues. However, is that the fault of Domino's or the staff? Certainly not. It just so happened that they did not have sufficient manpower for certain reasons. Don't you encounter similar issues in your workplace? I believe it's important for everyone to show kindness and appreciation to the hardworking team here, who are putting in tremendous effort to fulfill the orders. Kudos to the team who worked diligently on the evening of July 7th. You all did a fantastic job. Thank you for the amazing and tasty pizza!

Self collected the pizza after waiting for 3.5 hours. Sent an email and received no reply after days despite the auto email saying they would respond the next day. Deleting my account and never ordering from them again. Very poor experience and there are better pizza restaurants out there.

writing this review at 8:23pm. we ordered delivery at 5:24pm. Order still said it was being made...not even in the oven yet... lousy delivery service. I call the line cannot even go through. guys. If u want to order pizza don't order from kovan outlet. found out the hard way before looking at the other reviews. if I could, 0 star rating for this outlet. absolutely disappointing.

Ordered at 7pm, food didn’t come at 9pm. Had to go to the outlet to ask what was going on and get our order. Person in front of us and person behind us were complaining about the same thing. From that and from all the one-star reviews complaining about the wait time, I can safely say that this outlet has consistent issues with preparing its orders on time. Worse still, they ran out of normal crust and gave us thin crust instead. Genuinely disappointed, as many of us hate thin crust, and we didn’t feel full at all once we were done. Will take note not to order from here again; at least then they have fewer orders to deliver and maybe a few more of them can come on time.

Ordered at 7pm and have yet to receive my delivery at 8:40pm. Tried to call the store but the line has always been engaged. There was no way to cancel my order, and there’s nothing we can do other than waiting with an empty stomach. Previously, there was a strand of HAIR embedded inside the pizza. It has been months since I ordered and now I am experiencing yet another disappointment. Domino’s services is getting from bad to worse.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TLDR; - Ordered 3 hours in advance, food didn't arrive even an hour after chosen delivery time - Outlet phone is useless. Wont answer your call, constantly says "user is engaged" when you attempt to call them - customer service number on their website is useless. Just automated, and tells you to call their outlet who won't even answer your call. - Outlet don't have the decency to call you and inform you that your order will be late. - Live tracking will inform you that "Your ordered is delivered" BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE THE FOOD Placed an advance order at 5:30pm for my party set meal to be delivered at 8pm. 8pm reached but my food still hasn't arrived. Called their outlet and customer service number AT LEAST 30 times, no answer at all. Called other outlets to see if they could get a hold of the kovan outlet to which they responded they are unable to. Had a party of 8 to serve, FOOD hasn't even arrived after a whole hour. Couldnt keep my guests waiting so we ordered grab food instead. Driver called me at 9pm+ nd informed me that the food would be delivered in 5 minutes, by then it was too late. This outlet doesn't have the decency to call you earlier and inform you that the order will be late. Don't leave your customers hanging, inform them if you're going to be late. Don't mislead your customer either, fix your tracking website. Food said it was delivered but WASN'T. Delivery driver said that he will inform his manager that the order will be cancelling and that a refund would take 5 days. I'll be waiting for my refund.

I ordered online for delivery. 1 hour later, they were still "making my order" according to the website tracker. Calls to the hotline failed - it was constantly engaged. The website had no options to cancel the order at all, and there was no ETA at all - at the time of ordering or any time at all. Simply put, you are at their mercy once you make payment. Fed up, I headed down to the store to find out they hadn't even started my order. I cancelled immediately and went next door to Pizza Hut. Don't bother with Dominos. It's disappointing that after all their recent bad reviews due to delayed deliveries on National Day that they haven't bothered to put in any improvements. Won't be patronising again.

Very disappointing and frustrated experience, no more chance. Oct’23: Waited 2 hours after placed delivery order, for someone answered our call to advise on status. Was told that pizza was just ready and going to delivery soon, we received them around 15min later. Nov’23: have been waited for 2 hours now, keep calling to check on status but no one answer call.. this will be the LAST time to order domino pizza.

If I could put zero star, I would! Ordered from grab at 7.01pm, and the delivery has not been accepted until an hour later! And after 3 hours of waiting, the app showed the store has closed! And the food is not here?! Is there anyone working? If the store is unable to manage the orders, do not offer delivery options! Don’t even bother to reply to this review and ask me to email in to domino! Useless! What can domino do? The damage is done and ruined the dinner session.

Ordered delivery, waited for 3hours, called the hotline and nobody picks up, decided to head down to the outlet, only to find out that the staff wasn’t even doing our food, food is not even prepared yet. Don’t take order if you cannot fulfil. Spoil our celebration. Rubbish.

Friendly staff who takes time to explain their selection and coupons available on their app. Pizza are prepared only upon ordering so that make the pizza fresh and hot. Generous amount of toppings making the pizza mouth watering.

In all honesty this store deserves 0 stars for their delivery service. Ordered at 7.12pm and it is now 9.28pm, more than 2 hours has passed and our food has not arrived. Called the store umpteen times and no answer at all. Is anyone even working there seriously 😂 what on earth are all of u doing ? Should have read the reviews before ordering. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Noticed that the store even had the audacity to reply and acknowledge our complains but yet not do anything to make changes to their service. Oh wait! What service?!? 🤣😑

Please don't bother with ordering. I do an online order 1 day prior to delivery. My time is 1230pm for delivery and at 240pm then my food arrived. My calls to kovan outlet go unanswered from 11am to 130pm. I rejected the delivery at 240pm. i made alternate arrangement as we do not know if it will ever arrive. There is no update at all and i cannot let our guests wait on empty stomach for > than 2 hours.

Absolutely terrible service. This used to be a go to place years ago, hate to see it fall so much Last year, we ordered food at about 7pm and the food did not arrive even 2h later, I physically had to walk to the store to collect my order and even then I had to wait another 30min since they have not even started. I thought maybe 1 year later give it a chance they’ve changed. Nope. Food still arrives 2hours later. Seriously garbage service, their system is so stupid to keep allowing orders even though it’s too much for the staff. Please close down this restaurant, what a joke I wish I could give a negative score.
