Fast food restaurant with fast food price. What is appealing are the fishes. However, the seating arrangement is not comfortable, too squeeze. Customers are to return the trays but the return shelf is aleays full. Horrible 5S and worst, the ketchup and chili sauce are just next to it. Management should review the layout OR make sure you are not understaffed.

Warm fish, warm fries (at least not soggy and cold lah), warm to almost room temperature soup. Everything is just not freshly hot. So I guess these were prepared awhile ago. I hope they can improve this. But at one glance, there’s only 2 staffs visible to me. Short staffed might just explain why. I’m sure they are trying their best to cope with the flow. Price is reasonable. Restaurant looked new and bright, but seating is limited.

Although it's supposed to be a place for fish, the chicken actually tasted better than the fish. The fried chicken is tender and moist inside. You can check their website for some promo deal which is quite value for money.

I asked for the cheese sauce to be seperate out of the chips because i dont want the whole chips to be coated with cheese. Was told cannot. When i just had the same thing last mon and the other staff was able to do it for me. So i asked for the sauce to just be on the side of the box if they cant seperate it out for me.. but it came all over my chips.. i dont understand... the standard of here.

This occured on 16/07/2023. Ordered at 9:15 am. Somehow only managed to get my food at 9:50 am. It was a slow day and there was little to no customers. I saw my sandwiches ready to be served at 9:35 alr at the kitchen window, but I have no idea what the cashier was doing in the kitchen. By the time I got my food, it was not just room temp, but cold. I rarely leave reviews on anything, but the service here was so hilarious that I had to say something. Hope the staff can be better trained.

Eggs are fully uncooked, and this is the replacement after I've told the staff it was uncooked. Just get your breakfast at Heavenly Wang, it's a few steps away and better.
