Always a go to if near the area, mouth watering dishes at very affordable price. 1 meat 1 vege starts as low as $3+. Often crowded during lunchtime and still have food available when i have late lunch even at 3+pm. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and have been visiting for 5 years.

Was out for business meetings around Serangoon and my colleague recommended this place for nice Nasi Padang. Looking at the interior you’d already be convinced on its reputation. Gotta say I’m impressed! Hands down the dishes were fresh & well flavoured…. The grains of rice cooked so perfectly it’s better than some of the mix rice at food courts 🤣 I ordered the broccoli and cauliflower dish, fried tempeh and curry chicken. Topped it with a spoonful of belacan, yummy. Personally I find the fried tempeh and curry chicken was a bit too sweet for my liking, but once a while ok la. I also loved that the teh tarik hits the mark and satisfies my pallet both visually and taste wise. Only comment is the price a lit high— could be standard for nasi Padang but I’m not sure. Lunch for 3 pax with drinks costed $37 Will definitely come back again for the other dishes!

One of the good Nasi Padang in S’pore. They only serve lamb Rendang on Friday. Live the way they flavoured and spiced the meats. Vegetables are cooked just right. Long queue during peak hours. Lastly, very affordable!

Went for nasi padang (breakfast). Good spread of dishes. Fried chicken is very crispy. Only that Belachan chilli not power enough. Desserts are decent, the gula melaka gravy very sweet. 😅

Me (1 meat 2 veg) and a friend (3 meat 1 veg), cost of lunch $19 in total, no drinks. So mine cost $7? 🤔 Had the mutton curry - good, tender, not gamey. Telur bawang a bit doughy, wonder if they put (too much) flour in it. Begedil was alright. Curry was quite mild - should have asked for banjir. Overall, alright.

Our go-to nasi padang stall! We come here weekly, and the standard is consistently great! There is a huge variety of dishes to choose from, and the spread is delightful! The dishes are neatly arranged. We have tried and recommend their ikan pedas, curry fish, fried fish, sayuh lodeh, fried chilli potato, fried tempeh (our favourite!), omelet, Paru, beef liver, etc. We have tried their fried chicken wing, curry chicken, beef rendang, ayam Penyet, but still overall perfer the ikan dishes. You have to ask for any of their curries to be added to your rice! Sometimes they have desserts like banana ball (?) and lopez... Order them! They are yummy! Their drinks are also strong and tasty. We usually order teh and Kopi tarik kurang manis. There is usually a queue but it moves pretty fast because the servers are efficient. I have brought my mother here, and she claims that this is the BEST nasi padang stall in Singapore! We also dabao some dishes every time we visit. Do come and support!

Been coming here frequently during lunch. Place is packed and well organised. They have daily specials and I tried the nasi lemak and follow up with the mixed rice meals. Both were below $10. The fried chicken is awesome, tempeh is delicious, beef rendang fantastic. Prefer when the fried chicken is hot out of the fryer but still awesome. Will return again and again.

Hari Raya Haji package : I am really impressed by the Raya Haji packaging! 😍 This is really very smart! The food is really delicious, not greasy and has a balance in taste! I subscribed to the Lunch tingkat for my Mom too. She sends me photos when she receives her food. She always compliment that the food and dessert is always delicious and the generousity in its servings. The menu is balanced with good protein (array of meat, seafood) never repeats and I can sense that is always thoughtfully crafted.

Highly recommend their fried chicken and begedil! Begedil is served hot and soft. Very tasty! However, the lady at the cashier wasn’t friendly at all.

Been eating here for years and the food is good although prices have escalated significantly. However, the lady boss is a terror and complicates the ordering process by trying to interfere and barking unhelpful orders to customers and staff all the time. Makes the whole dining experience unpleasant.

Early lunch to beat the crowd, paid $24 for 3 similar plates. I would think the price didn't do Justice. You could see the portion of the rice is as big as my Begedel, it's somewhat outrageous. I missed to glance at the cute bowl used to scoop the rice. Parking is a hassle, I would think that their competitor .. PU3 is gonna give them a run for their buck. However I would need to taste the chicken curry at PU3 because the chicken curry here is simply out of this world.. it's a mix of Indian and Malay cuisine.. they've used Malay cooking leaves and Indian spices.. I will judge again after comparing with PU3.

Michelin Guide (highly recommended), Singapore Trusted Brand, Halal Food Awards, and many more. Quality food at a reasonable price. They also serve extremely good Teh Tarik (White Tea), being one of the best (MUST TRY).
