Only reasons it's not 5 stars are, the waiting time is long, and this specific branch doesn't accept cashless payment options. Otherwise all is well imo.

Spent more than $50 on a cake and they wouldn’t even spare me an extra small plastic bag. Lousy customer service.

Service and staffs attitude at waffle station was bad.They maybe tired or over work as they don’t seem eager to serve customers perhaps business too good that they have the ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude.waffle price increase and they should be glad that we are still buying but as a consumer I think is not right to tolerate this kind of attitude when I am a paying customer!Stop buying the waffles from them anymore.

Great waffles! But hope prima deli can soon improve and accept cashless payment. Such a big chain and yet they still only accept cash here.

Waffle was delicious however service was bad. Told the lady I was in the queue first.. but she still gave the waffle to the uncle behind me. Suggest to have a queue system like the bubble tea outlets....
