I would say this is an average Halal western food . I ordered the black pepper chicken chop, the chicken is surprisingly tender and juicy, portion is reasonable, there is plenty of black pepper sauce, I personally would prefer the bun to be served warm. Fries is ok. For $7.50, it’s a decent meal. Waiting time is about 10mins.

Worst service, Pity the staff as she alone but when nicely asked if anyone other than her is there, she rolled her eyes and showed attitude. I waited for her to finish her food to order again, but when another customer asked her she said she still on break. I don't blame her as she is alone but she could have handled queries better.

Terrible customer service. This plump lady wearing tudung thinks she own the place or we owe her money. I’ve uploaded her picture on google photos! A lot of complains made because of her but no actions taken. No issues with food, good all along!

Sadly a ☆ is needed. If not I would have given zero, my third time purchasing & trust me is also the last time. The malay lady doesnt smile at all, and make you stand there to wait for ordering. Nevermind aft I place my order the malay lady is gone changed to a chinese guy? And its pass 25min for my food and I see people came later then me taken theirs worried they might forget my order so I approach to ask and guess what? HE SAY HE ONLY HAVE A PAIR OF HAND. You just lose a customer for good. Freaking rude service. I hope this shop close down soon and have a better service western store. Their service doesnt improve the business wont go up in this neighbourhood looking at all the reviews given. Serious? Nothing is going to be done? Totally not recommended at all!

I honestly felt among all outlet this is the worst. This is my 2nd visit the first wasn't as good as other outlet but you know we give it another try. And yes they are consistently not putting pasta in their salt. The crispy chicken taste so charred i think they cook it twice. It's on the picture. Plus the last point is coleslaw. It's so dry. Don't waste your money with this outlet. Go other outlet. It's terrible.
