24hour standard cbtl. Came for the breakfast set. Tasted great. Food was left sitting at the counter while staff was preparing the drinks though. Probably understaffed but should have trigger the buzzer and let us collect first. Staff also prepared the wrong drink until she got reminded.

24hours store, went in about 10pm+ and still quite crowded for a sunday night. Order 2 drinks and a slice of cake. Service and prep time is longer here vs other locations.. Didnt order any coffee today cos its sleeping time soon! 😁 Drinks were good. My California Sunrise had a nice good consistency. Cheesecake 👍👍, my must have at CBTL, just that the cake not properly cut.. a small part of it gone, looks like an incomplete piece.

This is the outlet.you must avoid. Wegot the cold and hard food without heating. The staff are super slow like the sloth as mentioned in previous reviews. It took me more than 10mins to get my order without a queue, and another 15mins to reheatthe food (after I asked them to do so because they didn't heat it when serving). The food doesn't look good. The veg is tiny, dry and unfresh, which is totally different apparence comparing to the other set that we ordered from Causeway Point (same set meal). The quallity and taste is inconsistent at all. The staff is not attentive, unprofessional and untained forthe service line. They don't know how to render the service. One of the girl talked quite cold and rude. Definitelynot coming back to this stall any more.

The tables were a tad too small. The service staff that attended to us merely answered our questions but did not smile or at least try to be helpful cos we seldom go there. The oat latte was really nice but really sweet. I was surprised that we were given extra.6 packets of sugar on top of that. Overall the place was pleasant . If the above can be improved it will be a great overall experience!

Almost always supremely crowded, so waiting times can be unpredictable. Seating is also very limited. Beyond that, there are no issues... but those are pretty big issues, so I don't recommend going there for a meal (say, breakfast). As far as going there for drinks however, it's fine and I haven't encountered any problems in all the times I've been there (as of the time of writing, Sep 2022).
