24hour standard cbtl. Came for the breakfast set. Tasted great. Food was left sitting at the counter while staff was preparing the drinks though. Probably understaffed but should have trigger the buzzer and let us collect first. Staff also prepared the wrong drink until she got reminded.

24hours store, went in about 10pm+ and still quite crowded for a sunday night. Order 2 drinks and a slice of cake. Service and prep time is longer here vs other locations.. Didnt order any coffee today cos its sleeping time soon! 😁 Drinks were good. My California Sunrise had a nice good consistency. Cheesecake 👍👍, my must have at CBTL, just that the cake not properly cut.. a small part of it gone, looks like an incomplete piece.

This is the outlet.you must avoid. Wegot the cold and hard food without heating. The staff are super slow like the sloth as mentioned in previous reviews. It took me more than 10mins to get my order without a queue, and another 15mins to reheatthe food (after I asked them to do so because they didn't heat it when serving). The food doesn't look good. The veg is tiny, dry and unfresh, which is totally different apparence comparing to the other set that we ordered from Causeway Point (same set meal). The quallity and taste is inconsistent at all. The staff is not attentive, unprofessional and untained forthe service line. They don't know how to render the service. One of the girl talked quite cold and rude. Definitelynot coming back to this stall any more.

The tables were a tad too small. The service staff that attended to us merely answered our questions but did not smile or at least try to be helpful cos we seldom go there. The oat latte was really nice but really sweet. I was surprised that we were given extra.6 packets of sugar on top of that. Overall the place was pleasant . If the above can be improved it will be a great overall experience!

Almost always supremely crowded, so waiting times can be unpredictable. Seating is also very limited. Beyond that, there are no issues... but those are pretty big issues, so I don't recommend going there for a meal (say, breakfast). As far as going there for drinks however, it's fine and I haven't encountered any problems in all the times I've been there (as of the time of writing, Sep 2022).

24 hours Coffee Bean outlet at level 1 of NorthPoint Shopping Centre beside Coffeesmith. Seats are limited, around 15 tables. Its get abit warm as it is near an entrance. Other than that, staffs are friendly and professional.

Stood at the cashier waiting to place order. Staff walked to and fro, presumably packing a takeaway order. Did not even acknowledge our presence. After 5 minutes, I had to ask if there's anyone manning the counter.... it makes a lot of difference if staff let us know VERBALLY that we will be served shortly as we do not have telepathic powers.

Very disappointed. I’m a regular at CB Northpoint and this morning I stopped by to have my usual salted caramel latte, I mentioned twice I wanted full cream Milk and even asked the Manager (an Indian lady) and she said yes but the guy was using skimmed milk despite mentioning. Poorly made with no drizzle either. Less than 3/4 full cup, and I paid $8.10 for this. Thoroughly dissatisfied being a regular customer.

Good Vibes thats for sure. Its 24hr so u can pop in whenever u want. Clean, chill vibes, laidback, friendly staff. Always been a fave place to hang out. Avoid late afternoons between 3pm to 7pm. Usually it will be jam pack with patrons. So if u wanna easily find seats, come before or aft thise timings. Drinks and Cakes are always delightful.

Busy peak period and others with family want to have dinner not able to, coz none of ur staffs bothered to chase those hoggers away. Another issue, i was also there last week,( no choice as its near to my place), i tried the chocolate croissant but was hard! Like being preheat soo many times. I gave it a benefit of a doubt, probably for the day, but i ordered the same one last night, for my son this time, and yet, still the same atrocious croissant quality.

I visit these stores every time I come to Singapore as you can't get this in Australia. First time at this store but just like just about every other store in Singapore, it is clean and welcoming, the staff are always friendly and accommodating plus the food and drinks are always tasty. Going to miss my ice blended once I head home

Signed up for Coffeebean Membership via their app to get the welcome voucher, 1 for 1 drink of your choice. Both drinks can be different! Tried the Choc Cookie Crumble and omg it is sooo dense and delicious!!! Super sinful but great for those with a sweet tooth. The other drink I got was the Strawberry Banana, the banana taste is too overpowering but its good for banana lovers. Payment is via their app with a minimum top up of $10 into your account.

Not sure what blender yall use can blend until the ice gone uh. I ordered an ice blended but received something that's like an ice drink but without the ice. Service also sucks. After ordering, I said thank you to the staff and she ignored me like I'm nothing. Aren't you supposed to be saying thank you to your customers as a service provider? Not even going to say anything about her having no manners, at least make an ice blended right pls. Also when I received the drink, I said thank you for the second time and not even once did she thank the customer or even acknowledge it. Bro I'm so annoyed at this experience

This is quite a nice and open outlet. Service staff are super duper slow.... like sloth on National Geographic. Waited forever for my drink even without a queue. I tried the Chocolate Mint Ice Blended which was a Christmas Festive drink and it was pretty good! Tons of calories for my tummy!

My chai latte tastes like milk, 2nd time ordering from this outlet. Female manager is impatient when calling out my order, as I was making my way to the counter. Seems as if their service has been degrading throughout the months.
