Very good service received from the Manager and Crew Members of Burger 🍔 King 🤴 (Toa Payoh) with special mention to Manager Visnu and Crew Staff Cashier Fara. Keep up all the Excellence in Service (ExiS). It's been a great dining experience 🍔 😋

Has both indoor and outdoor seating area. Outdoors are mostly used by passers-by who are waiting for others. They don't even bother to buy something to sit there. The self order kiosk which makes ordering faster, you can still order from the counter. Staffs aren't trained as well as McDonald's. They are not as friendly or enthusiastic. Food-wise pretty meh... I would only eat here if McDonald's is crowded.

ok. cheesy fries initially gave vy little cheese. i asked the eldery auntie to give me abit more and she squeezed plenty more cheese on my fries :)

Rude horrible staff by the name of Rina, a 50-60 y/o Chinese woman. While looking at the ground she mumbled ‘dine in or takeaway’ and I didn’t catch it as I thought she was still talking to her friend and owing to her mumbling. She very fiercely then said ‘dine in or takeaway’ again at me and I told her my order, to which she said there isn’t such a thing. At this point, she was clearly already upset (for what? Idk) I showed her a screenshot of the order I wanted which I took from the electronic self-ordering machine outside just before (had to order at cashier as I didn’t have electronic payment on me). She took my order and I waited patiently as 3 customers after me ordered and already gotten their food. I then went to ask about my order and she nonchalantly pointed to the tray of food that has been sitting on the counter for the past 10 mins. Absolutely trash!!! I watched as she called for the customers after me to collect their order and she clearly didn’t do the same but just left mine there. (The TV that displayed order numbers being prepared wasn’t updated at all and they would verbally call the order number). Worst of all, I got treated rudely when she asked if I wanted dine in or takeaway and still the food was clearly for dine in. Terrible rude staff!!!!!!! Horrible

Order grab delivery for this two new item, chili crab burger. The taste was good. But the sauce they put in is just too little for me on the chicken burger. And they don't have option in grab to addon chili crab sauce on the fries.

Onion rings lukewarm, burger room temperature and lettuce almost non-existent. I requested for more lettuce and although the manager initially didn't understand what was wrong with the lettuce I was given being close to nothing like the picture, he accommodated me and gave me a small box of shredded (albeit wilted) lettuce. So service is 4/5. The tables and chairs are more wobbly than at a kopitiam and the white blaring lights were super uncomfortable. Would not eat inside again.

Drinks had too much ice, ask the staff to remove, they were so accommodating and even served us our food, we were there at a no peak hour though. Angus beef abit dry, cheese fries overloaded with cheese n truffle but nice 👍🏻! Love the vibes at toa payoh , definitely different!

Although they were shortstaffed, the manager himself take good care of the customers and the quality of service. I would like to personally thank the Manager On Duty for serving my family with Absolute professionalism and due care. The time waiting for the food was fast and quick as well! The FOOD WAS PIPING HOT JUST HOW I LOVE.

Ordered a double mushroom swiss and they gave me a much cheaper chicken burger. No one picked up when I called repeatedly.

I love burger king breakfast but the service here is extremely bad. 1. We ordered hot coffee or tea, but the lady looked and sounded irritated, "Here no hot drink,only cold". 2. When the breakfast came, no chilli. Decided not to ruin our morning and just ate what was served. 3. When she called out the number for another customer who was just in front of her, she looked irritated after getting no reaction, so she just pressed the number. 4. Worst part of what I witnessed, an elderly uncle came in and walked out. When he came back again, he stood there for awhile before somebody served him. Meanwhile heard the lady speak to someone in kitchen, "he walk in and out, don't know what he want." The same lady in the picture then walked out but did not initiate, stared at him and waited for him to start speaking. The elderly uncle understood and spoke English and should have heard what they said among themselves. Gosh, poor thing.

It's a nice architecture here.But the service is REALLY REALLY SLOW.I've been standing for the past 10-20minutes,and there is still nobody who tool my order.They past by me for way too many times,and I also said excuse me more than once.It's also not the peak hour.I could tell that the people standing behind was also fustrated.Worst of all,when one of the worker was about to serve me,the manager told her to stop serving me.The food tasted fine,quite same like McDonald's So,McDonald's service is fast,but expensive.Whereas Burger king service is slow but cheap.

Went here with my friends to have a meal, service was great, and we had a wonderful time. Order onion ring and wasn’t disappointed as compared to other BK store. It was hot and crispy.

Newly renovated restaurant looks fantastic, great ambience, splendid interiors with new wooden tables and chairs, LED lighting and new self-order kiosks. Awesome. The restaurant is usually crowded during lunch and dinner periods. There is outdoor seating. Great grilled burgers sold here. Their western bacon whopper is fantastic. Love their waffle topped with ice cream. My favourite fast food restaurant. Prices are comparable to other large fast food restaurants. Downside is that food quantities are pretty small.
