I ordered large cheesy fries and asked how long it would take. The staff replied saying that Actually, I can do it, but I'm taking orders, you understand?? Is this how you talk with customers? I didn't get the staff’s name, but he coloured his hair. Teach your employees how to interact with customers. Worst service ever

It is unfortunate to visit this outlet for the first time and getting such a poor experience. Ordering via the QR code or BK app was not possible. Inquiried at the counter and was told to use the ordering kiosk but both were out of service until a staff activated them at 11am. There were no eggs, so all those meals involving eggs had none (and no discount for being short-changed). The meals were wrapped in the wrong wrappers, causing confusion. There was no ice, so no cold drinks were available. A deliveryman cane with the ice at 11am. The outlet should not open if it is not ready to serve. Finally, a child had his hand hurt by the swinging doors and wailed so loudly yet no staff came out to offer any assistance.

A lot of vacant seat on Saturday noon. Last few days a lot of 5⭐️ reviews. Kakiage Angus 1 for 1 for 9.40 👍👍 Burger came with crispy kakiage and just nice amount of teriyaki sauce n mayo so that it wasn't soggy👍👍 Coke float with generous amount of float. Satisfied. It's been a while that a meal at bk was this satisfying.

Clearly short of staffs. Supposed to be a fast food store but the food is served slower than any breakfast stall you patronized outside. I ordered a box of pancakes+sausage, I waited 20mins for it. They seem to have only one fryer to fry one item at a time. Hash brown for a few minutes then the sausage thereafter. If you order an item that consists of the both items, be prepared to wait, that's provided not many orders before you. And... You guys have a tv screen to show the order number right? Why the need to keep shouting the order number?? I also don't understand this.. the tv is there, make use of it please.. . But it's because there is only this fast food store at hometeam, else, I don't think anyone will wanna entertain this kind of service.

Came here twice before 10pm. Prev came at about 9.30pm? Staff alr closing and stacked the chairs. Said only can pay with cash. Today 9 Jul came at 8.45pm. Said only can takeaway. Cant dine in. Already stacked the chairs. What is this?

This has got to be one of the slowest BK outlet I have ever been to. Altho it's a Sunday evening...I would not say it's crowded but the food took really really long to come. Waited almost 20 mins...Still no sign of my Queue number...in fact, the numbers don't seem to be moving at all

Generally the pack of the burgers are not bad, but the fries portion is abit small. However, when i was asking for extra tissue and chili sauce, the waiter ( that big tummy kid?) purposely looked away from the customers and seemed like reluctant to give those items. Is that how you treat the customers?

This is for the branch management. Your staff need a raise. Or leave the position for someone to save the business. I love the Burger King brand and have tried it in many countries, but this one was not pleasant. The staff were too noisy, the tables were unclean even with almost no customers, and the food was not served properly (almost all of my coke was ice, they did not provide straws or cutlery,..). The cleaner asked us to raise our legs so he could sweep the floor!! Not an expected behaviour from a well-known chain. Please someone save this branch.
