small and cozy branch, goods are made within branch. friendly and attentive staff, clean and tidy space. seats are available to dine in. a small washing basin available to clean up is definitely a plus point for those who visit.

Cheese 🧀 Explosion Pizza is great when eaten hot. The cheese explodes and melts in the mouth. Sending a last of cheesy favour to the senses. Take the pizza while it is hot. When it is cold, it just tastes normal.

Vivian is basically the only approachable person when it comes to receiving your order as the others don't tend to talk to customers and chatter among themselves. Area is clean and well lit but order can take quite a while to prepare so be prepared to wait a little more than what is shown if you are ordering via online.

3 Customers including myself, the waiting is 45 minutes. Other establishment give different priorities over delivery food and inbound customers. This is ridiculous, however workers did it less than 30 minutes. Kudos to the workers

This 5 stars ⭐️ go to Vivian. From her accent I guess she isn’t local. However I guess she is providing a great customer service which a lot of F&B outlet in Sg is lacking. The same outlet I do experience some can’t be bother attitude from few other staffs. Hopefully the management do see this review and could upgrade the working attitude of them. Domino’s Pizza still one of the best pizza. 👍🏻

Order online for take away at 6pm. At 7 pm the service staffs still can not confirm when the order will be ready. Finally at 7:03pm, they tell customers that are coming in to order that they have stopped taking order. They wait will be 2 to 3 hours! Had a hard time trying to cancel the order... What's going on Domino? Disappointing experience with Domino.

Ordered on 6:30pm, til the shop closed, the pizza was not delivered. Called but no body answer or the line cannot get through. NEVER ever try to order domino again, especially when you know this JE branch going to deliver to you. You need to bear the anxiety of unable to contact the shop, unable to contact Domino hotline, don’t know whether you should continue wait or eat something else because there is absolutely no way for you to cancel!!! At the end waited til 10pm, went out packed food for dinner. One time is enough! Fallen of Domino. You had been warned of the service, if still continue ordering from this store, then don’t complain….

always do order wrong. ordered 8 pieces of chicken but only give me 6 pieces. refuse to give the correct order when i already show that i ordered 8. made me wait for 30 minutes just to say no. when they could simply said that from the start.

came around lunch time about 1:30pm, outlet was dark, can hear people chatting and laughters but no staff seen. Took some time before able to place my order and cashier claim cannot use nets, told him my card have to insert/slot in but he still tries to tap my bank card, not even looking at the black portion on the back of bank card and anyhow slide. gave up ordering in the end and left this stall.

Pick up order scheduled at 6pm. Got my husband to pick it up and he got there before 6pm. He informed me around 6.16pm that when he got there, they missed out on an item in our order (prawn mentaiko pizza) so they had to make one. Unfortunately, they made the wrong pizza and gave us chicken mentaiko instead. So they had to remake. To reiterate, the pick up time of the order is supposed to be 6pm yet they missed an order, then made the wrong order so had to re-do, which was ridiculous. Finally at 6.30pm, the order was picked up successfully. There's no point in setting a pick up time if they're going to not only miss out orders but make wrong ones thereafter. Should have checked google reviews before picking this outlet to order from.

Please don't take orders if the restaurant doesn't have the capacity to fulfil the orders. It's not fair on the branch employees and it's not fair on the customers. A huge multinational organisation such as Domino's clearly has the resources to develop a system that stops taking orders when the outlet is full. It's been 2.5 hours still no delivery and already received order from another restaurant. Why don't you provide an option to refund or cancel late orders? The phone hotline and branch hotline is never answered. Again if you can't live up to your 30 minute delivery promise, then don't accept orders. Don't be greedy.

2 hrs delivery. Pizza was cold and tough. Not even made properly as u can see. Called the cust service, said that only one rider working. Technically means more prep time but shabby job in making pizza. Wont purchase again.

DO NOT ORDER*** Ordered at 7.46pm but after close to two hours and we are still waiting despite the app giving an estimate of 50mins. Called the hotline but nobody picked up. This isn’t the first time it happened after seeing all the reviews from here and I regret ordering from this incapable store. Don’t give your useless reply saying you’re genuinely appreciative on the feedback but after so many months there were still no improvement and no you don’t deserve my effort to write in an email to you

first time ordering delivery from Dominoes. I ordered doughnuts but was given wedges instead. tried calling the store multiple times but they refused to pick up. Horrible, I do not deserve to be scammed like this. Update: They offered a free regular pizza just to do the exact same thing again. Except with brownies this time. Utterly ridiculous. At this point, I think the doughnuts are code for them to just randomly send you something from their menu.

Dear Higher Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at one of your Domino's Pizza locations. On 31 March 24, at approximately 5pm, I placed an online order for pickup at the Jurong Green Community Club. Upon arriving at the location around 7pm, I was surprised to find that there were no Domino's staff present at the customer service counter. Despite waiting patiently for 20 minutes, I received no assistance. Eventually, I approached a staff member to inquire about retrieving my order from the food rack, where several ready pizza boxes were displayed. Regrettably, this interaction was met with hostility and rudeness from the staff member. While I empathize with the challenges of staffing shortages and the resulting pressure on your employees, I believe that such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. As a loyal patron of Domino's Pizza, I expect a level of professionalism and courtesy consistent with the esteemed reputation of your brand. I kindly request that your higher management investigate the staffing workflows, training procedures, and manpower shortage issues at the Jurong Green Community Club location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

More than 2.5 hours of delivery. Don't order delivery from this Domino Stores. We ordered food more than 2.5 hrs ago and have not yet delivered. And they are not picking up the phone call. Around 6 months back I ordered in the same Stores and the delivery was delayed, same like this time. I thought their service might be better after several months. Unfortunately , they still have not improved. Lesson learned , no more delivery order to Domino's. Updated : Finally, pizza delivered. Is there any way we can sue them for very late delivery? They are claiming that they will deliver within 30 min. Kids are slept in hunger before delivery. Worst experience.

Don't bother with ordering food from this outlet. Placed order at 7.20pm, for an immediate delivery. Expected to wait 30mins but got a 3hr30mins wait instead. Requested for a cancellation of order since we got alternative food delivered from other restaurants. However, our order was then immediately sent out after the cancellation request was made 3hrs in, so we had to find ways to finish the food. Avoid this outlet and go with others.

First time ordering a takeout from here despite being in the area for decades now. 🍕 fresh and hot pizza from the oven, sauce was in good portions, and ingredients were well spread out ⏰ took about 18 minutes for the pizza to be ready from the time of ordering - the ticket did come out only after 10 minutes though (cashier called out to us when multiple tickets got printed at once) Definitely will return in future for these $5 pizzas!
